We had the good fortune of connecting with Thiago Sensini and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thiago, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Persistence. When I plan for anything, whether it’s for personal or business reasons, I spend quite a bit of time thinking it through all the positives, negatives and risk. If it all checks out, I step on the gas sort of speak and maintain laser focus until the goal is achieved.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In today’s market, with low employment rates, it’s very difficult to find great talent. Therefore you must think outside the box and find ways to differentiate yourself and grab their attention. Our conclusion was to focus on spending a lot of time on the phone with our candidates getting to know them and what’ important to their families. Thus strengthening our relationships and aligning ourselves with the greatest talent in the private jet industry.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
That’s an easy question to answer. We are so fortunate to live in paradise in South Florida where it’s the golf and fishing capital of the world. So ideal situation is what I call the “Grand Slam”…. play golf in the morning, fish in the afternoon and head over to Portobello Cucina Italiana in Jupiter, FL. so they cook your catch!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are a couple of people who has heavily influenced my career. The support of my family is definitely number one. Aside from family, one of my greatest friend and mentor, Daniel Jennings the President/CEO of The Private Jet Company has been by my side every time I need something! Priceless!
