We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, how do you think about risk?
I believe that taking risks is essential in life. If we let fear of failure hold us back, we’ll never truly move forward or achieve our goals. I’d rather
chase my dreams, no matter the risks involved, and fully embrace the experiences that come with the journey.
I’ve always loved taking risks. In my world of modeling, acting, and journalism, l’ve had to step out of my comfort zone many times. When I started, I was incredibly shy – but my passion for what I do pushed me to grow and improve everyday. Over time, I learned how to manage that shyness, to the point where most people don’t even notice it anymore.
The biggest risk l’ve taken so far was leaving my home country, Ecuador. I had a stable career there as a model and radio host, but deep down, I knew I wasn’t fully tapping into my potential. So nine months ago, I made the bold decision to move to the United States and start from scratch in pursuit of my dreams. It’s been a challenging journey, but also one full of incredible growth and results I still can’t believe.
I haven’t reached my ultimate goal yet, but I know that with hard work, dedication, and a fearless attitude, l’ll get there.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’ve always been someone who values authenticity and isn’t afraid to show her true personality. I’m fun, spontaneous, and I love being myself – even if, back in school, not everyone appreciated that. But staying true to who l am is exactly what has brought me to where I am today. On social media, brands and audiences connect with that authenticity.

Throughout my career, l’ve had the opportunity to work with several national and international brands, including Pantene, which has been an incredible experience. In addition, I run my own business in Ecuador — a children’s entertainment company — which combines another one of my biggest passions: cosplaying Disney princesses and bringing joy to kids through magical, interactive performances. Now in the US I am on a TV show and I also attended to “Premio Lo Nuestro” red carpet , a very important latin event.

Of course, there will always be critics or haters – and it’s not always easy to ignore the negativity.
But I’ve learned that it’s up to us to focus on the positive and constructive feedback, and not let the rest get to us. That mindset doesn’t just help you grow professionally, but also spiritually.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend Susan were here — who has always been by my side no matter what — I’d take her straight to Disney World. We both share a deep love for all things Disney, so it would be the perfect place to reconnect and just enjoy ourselves. I can already imagine us laughing on the rides, sharing our favorite snacks, and letting our inner little girls run free. It wouldn’t just be a fun day — it would be a magical memory we’d cherish forever.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to credit part of my success to the incredible dance and acting teachers I had in school — they inspired me to pursue what I love, no matter the challenges. I’m also deeply grateful to my mom, who has always supported me in every decision I’ve made, and to my friends, who continue to give me the best advice, even from miles away.
