We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyler Anderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyler, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Vision – Passion – Motivation – Risk-taking – Curiosity -Creativity. – Confidence

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a passionate and driven real estate agent who sells more than just a property, I sell my clients their dream miami lifestyle. Real estate has given me the opportunity to connect with people from all around the world and build lasting relationships in the city that I love. Working in Miami and selling properties to a diverse range of clients, getting to know them, their passions, and helping them achieve their dream lifestyle is one of the most rewarding things about my job.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I always take them to one of Groot Hospitality’s spots. Some of my all-time favorites include LIV, STORY, Papi Steak, or even Komodo. If they are looking for more of a quiet night then I would hit Cote in Design District. People who travel to Miami want to see what the hype is all about. They want to see a celebrity or rub shoulders with an athlete.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My parents. I grew up in a real estate background – It was a family owned business. From my grandparents to my brother who is in training and most likely taking over the company when my parents retire, these are all individuals that have shaped my passion for the real estate industry and I thank them tremendously.
