We had the good fortune of connecting with Noah Crane and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Noah, what matters most to you?
I always say, Together We Are “Won.” Connection is a guiding theme in my life. I have always felt that connection is the key to having everything we want in life. By helping others, we help ourselves grow into who we are meant to be.
I feel grateful for the way things happen in my life, knowing in my heart and soul that everything happens at the perfect time and when I am ready. My deep faith and trust that everything is happening for my greater good makes it that much easier for me to deal with life’s challenges. I believe, “If it doesn’t flow let it go.” Applying this philosophy to my life has freed me from pain and suffering; thus, I am able to accept such challenges and readily overcome them in a manner that flows with my life’s path. The lessons I learned along the way have solidified my belief system, which is grounded in the natural flow of positive energy. Most importantly, I have learned to go where the positive energy is flowing. As I see it, the most important thing in life is to keep flowing with and not against the current that is propelling me forward on my life’s path—even if it means continuously reinventing/recreating myself.
What I want people to know about me is that I am a lightworker who is consciously spreading love, light, and gratitude throughout the world, and, in so doing, I am living my highest purpose. I focus on solutions and take action to solve my problems rather than letting my problems drown me. This attitude of nurture, acceptance, surrender, and patience lets me stay positive no matter what challenges I encounter.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am the founder of two businesses that impact positive social change: Greenest Grass, LLC, and Conscious Co-op, LLC. I am most excited about creating connections among people, raising consciousness, growing and evolving, lifting others, and shining our light bright by spreading love in our world.
Under the umbrella of Greenest Grass, I am an empowerment and transformation coach, helping my clients stay empowered and create extraordinary breakthroughs that elevate their lives. I also published two self-empowerment books, The Grass Is Greenest Where I Am and its companion, Love & Light Journal. My talk show “Unleash Your Greatness” features amazing people and their contributions to society by elevating consciousness and spirituality in our world. My empowerment jewelry line incorporates the “Three G” design: Grateful Heart, Grounded in Love, and Growth and Transformation.
Conscious Co-op, LLC—a community of likeminded individuals—developed from my deep belief that connection is the key to everything. I love people, and I know how much more powerful we are together. Conscious Co-op’s mission is to raise consciousness in the world by supporting each other and shinning our healing light brightly on our world. Held at the Wyndham Hotel ballroom in Boca Raton, Florida, monthly Conscious Co-op events feature live music, educational speakers, vendors, and plant-based lunches. (Visit Consciousco-op.com for more information; basic membership is free.) During these challenging times, we have been holding free monthly virtual events via ZOOM to continue lending support to our community.
I live by three guiding principles that set me apart from other business owners: 1) No comparison, 2) No competition, and 3) No scarcity. These principles have been the grounding pillars not only of my business model but also of my life. If you are interested in exploring this further, you can read about them in my book The Grass Is Greenest Where I Am (available at Amazon.com).
I have learned to leverage my ability to listen and learn from other people’s experiences as a catalyst for personal and professional growth; as a result, I have evolved into a better decision-maker, which impacts my life and business in many positive ways.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I love living in Boca Raton, Florida, where we have many healthy places to eat (and beautiful weather virtually all year round). Some of my favorite places are Raw Juce juice bar, Farmer’s Table restaurant, Plant Miami restaurant, The Boca Museum, and Mizner Park. However, my absolute favorite place to take people who visit me here in South Florida is The Morikami Museaum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is truly a magical and beautiful place for everyone to enjoy.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I realize that I could not be who I am without the daily guidance love and support of God. God is always guiding me, keeping me safe from harm, and positioning me for success. Because of God, my creator, and God’s will for my life, I have evolved into the woman I am today—a wife, mother, author, business owner, and empowerment and transformation coach.
A big influence in my life has been Albert Einstein. As an adolescent, I had a huge poster over my bed with this Einstein quote: “Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds.” I bring this to mind whenever I encounter people who cannot see my greatness and want to put me down.
Louise Haye’s You Can Heal Your Life and other self-help books have helped me navigate my life.
I also want to give a shout out to my husband, Steve—my soul mate (and greatest fan). Having his unconditional love and unwavering support has been life-changing.
A huge shout out to my incredible, loving mom, Ema Sima, who cared for me my whole life and nurtured my heart and soul. A hearty shout out to my twin siblings, Ayelet and Shachar. Ayelet’s wisdom is a guiding light in my life.
I am truly blessed by all the gifts I have received, including Michele D’ambrosio, my mentor and coach who helped me co-found Conscious Co-op. A shout out to the Conscious Co-op community who has uplifted me. I also want to shout out to my beautiful kids Ilan, Orry, and Tali, who keep me humble and strong. They are all priceless to me, and I would not know what to do without their love and support. A special shout out to my best friend and manager Dr. Cheryl-Ann Henry. Her love and support has changed the course of my life and business forever. I am truly blessed and always grateful!
