We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyse Saffuri and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyse, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have been in the Senior Living industry for over 10 years. I have assisted hundreds of families find the best solution and quality of life their aging loved ones. I discovered that families experienced a lot of anxiety and stress navigating the senior living and care options. There’s so many services and programs that are available and finding the right fit is time consuming and overwhelming. I created With Ease to assist families in helping them and their aging loved ones into a community that will cultivate a lifestyle that will help them thrive and flourish.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
With Ease LLC is a consulting, senior care referral and placement agency. The agency provides personal and professional assistance to families in the search of senior care options. We support families in connecting them with the right resources and help navigate the overwhelming pressures of having to find the right solution for their senior loved one. We provide a complimentary consultation to understand the needs of the senior and assist in securing the best available options. Whether its home care, respite or transitioning into a full-service senior living community.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
South Florida has so much to offer. My best friend came to visit me for a week from Toronto, Canada. I took him to some of my favorite beaches. He really enjoyed Hollywood Beach, Southpoint Park, and South Beach. There was a lot to see and do and each beach had something different to offer. There are plenty of great restaurants some places we went to are Ethos Greek Bistro located at the Promenade in Coconut Creek, Shishka Lebanese Grill in Pompano, and the Yellow Greek Farmers Market in Hollywood. Of course, you can’t visit South Florida and not explore the nightlife. Some great spots we enjoyed include The Wharf in Fort Lauderdale, Treehouse in Miami, and bar-hopping the different bars and local events on the strip in South Beach.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am grateful and thankful to everyone who has been a part of my journey, the trials and tribulations. There’s so many people to thank and acknowledge, I just wouldn’t be able to name them all. I want to shoutout myself for the hard work, dedication, determination, and consistency. Each experience has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am and I am learning something new every day.
