Meet Vanessa Lambert | Ceo Starseed Collective Spiritual Business Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Vanessa Lambert and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vanessa, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor is that my brand isn’t just a busines, it’s a world you can step into. A space where clients don’t just grow their businesses… they grow themselves. It’s a sisterhood, a movement, and a portal to expansion, creativity, and joy.
When people come into my world, they’re not just signing up for coaching or courses, they’re joining a community that uplifts them, challenges them, celebrates them. They get to travel the world with me, experience transformational retreats, and build businesses that actually feel as good as they look.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I actually think of myself as an artist, even though my title might say business coach or mentor. My work is so much more than that. I infuse sound meditation, life artistry, creativity, and soul work into everything I do. I’m here to help soul-guided entrepreneurs invent an entirely new way of doing business, one that honors their spirit, their joy, their gifts, and the impact they’re here to make.
What sets my work apart is that we don’t just build businesses, we build lives. We travel together, we grow together, and we experience the world as part of our expansion. The sisterhood and community around this work isn’t just about strategy, it’s about shared adventure, deep connection, and creating businesses that feel as beautiful, free, and vibrant as the lives we’re living.
The path hasn’t always been easy. Like any creative journey, it’s come with moments of doubt, challenges, and lessons learned. But what’s carried me through is devotion, staying true to my purpose, choosing authenticity over what’s expected, and letting joy be my compass.
The biggest lesson? Your business is your art. And when you create from that place of alignment, everything expands, the opportunities, the abundance, the impact, and most importantly, the fulfillment.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We’d definitely kick things off at the beach, South Pointe is my favorite spot to soak in the rays and feel that Miami magic. I’d plan mornings around yoga or a dance party with Daybreaker if the timing lines up (such a fun, high-vibe way to start the day). We’d hit up JetSet for a killer Pilates session and maybe balance it with something luxurious like a wellness class or show at Faena.
Food-wise? You can’t go wrong with lunches at Pura Vida (we’d probably end up there at least a few times). For dinner, I’d take them to Abbalé, it’s one of my favorite spots so far. We’d make sure to see some live music, definitely find a great day party, and if we could score an invite, a full moon beach gathering would be the dream.
And for a little adventure? I’d say go skydiving if you’re feeling bold or at least book a gator tour to get a taste of wild Florida!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have received so much incredible support and guidance along the way. I’ve been blessed to have so many amazing teachers and mentors who shaped both me and my work. Mark Sisson, who was instrumental early in my career. Guru Jagat, my spiritual teacher who deeply influenced my path. Shoshanna Raven, my business mentor who helped me expand my vision, and most importantly, my husband Adam Lambert, my partner in everything, my rock, my sanctuary.
