Hi Victoria, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?

One of my favorite quote is – “Silence is a language of Cosmic Adoration.. “

It makes my mind marvel..

We live in a fast, active and pretty loud society. To pause, to slow down, to relax are not usually some of our top priorities.

I am learning to love and appreciate silence.

It is where my mind relaxes and rests in stillness.
My senses thrive in silence.
In silence I find my inspiration.
In silence I recharge and expand creatively.

I was introduced to the concept of “noble silence” in my meditation practice over a decade ago and now it became the most profound part of my life.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

I often laugh that I manage to combine two seemingly opposite areas of life – Miami Real Estate and Holistic Fine Arts.

Well, I’ve been working in Miami as luxury Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. And, I am painting all my life.
It became an intricate balance and an eclectic merge of external world of luxury and internal exploration of creativity.

Ukrainian born, I moved to South Florida over 23 years ago.
Having Master Degree in Psychology and Interior Design, as well as years of extensive traveling all throughout the world – allowed me to learn a great deal about the diversity of people and cultures. This worldly perspective has made it possible for me to be very receptive to my client’s unique needs. It helped me to ensure that every client has the most custom-tailored and balanced Real Estate experience, from identifying and purchasing a home, to consulting on interior design, renovation and overall management.

I have always been interested in holistic living, meditation and fine arts. This side of my personality has served me as an inspiration to help people develop a deeper connection with their intuition and inner guidance, which is an exceptionally valuable quality in making right decisions when it comes to finding perfect home or successful Real Estate investment.

Being a Real Estate investor myself, I have learned the importance of mind clarity in the decision making process.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Personally, I am in love with the Ocean!
My super favorite is to start my day with the sunrise at the beach. Watching the sun rising over the ocean is absolutely magical! It is beautiful, energizing, healing and nurturing in so many ways. I usually go by the North Shore Beach Park – a sacred site to Indian tribes from the past, this beach holds a special vibe for me.

South of Fifth area is definitely one of my favorite destinations in town. Not only because my Real Estate office is located there, but also for all the chic places and fun things to do there. Fine dining, great walks, gorgeous beaches, yoga at the park, outstanding sunsets views.. I will definitely take my guest there.

Four Seasons Surf Club at Surfside – is another one of my top destinations for exceptional fine dining and classy vibes. And, their dark chocolate dessert is absolutely best in town!

Bal Harbor Mall is great for luxury shopping and dining.

My European friends love when I take them to Lincoln Road for a day on a long walks through all the authentic Miami flavors.

Wynwood and Design Districts are another great destinations to experience in Miami.

Vizcaya Museum is wonderful place to spend a day of relaxing and long walks.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my success first of all to my parents. Also to the many incredible teachers and mentors I was so fortunate to know and be guided by: Dr. Sri Svami Purna, Dr. Kenneth Wapnik / A Course in Miracles, Byron Katie and many others.
