We had the good fortune of connecting with William Ward and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi William, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
I want to be the biggest developer in South Florida. At the moment I specialize in raw land sales and new construction development but I would like to take it further and design my own custom models for residential and commercial. builds. While my peers and others were picking and choosing the types of jobs they took on I took on all sorts of diverse clients with different wants and needs and I developed my own niche. All of these led me to become the best land broker in Florida.

What should our readers know about your business?
A lot of what sets me apart from my peers comes from simple hard work and due diligence. I learned as much as I could very early and developed a system that worked for me. This was the hardest part. Trying to find my way in life like everyone else while maintaining a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Now that my system is in place, I don’t take any days off and I stay consistent. While my peers are out and having fun and visiting family I dedicate myself to my craft and my work to get better every day. This is what gives me my edge over any competition or opposition I come across. Its lonely sometimes but I want an extraordinary life so I have to work for it.
