We had the good fortune of connecting with Yanet Pájaro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yanet, what is the most important factor behind your success?

Miami is a multicultural city, understanding that the residents of the city have not only different accents, but we also bring small pieces of their own culture to Miami. Integrating that knowledge to our services to be able to adapt to the real needs of our clients, the student from the center of the country, don’t have the same cleaning needs as the European family with children or the famous Latin DJ who comes only for periods, adapting and giving our client what he really needs has been one of our biggest successes. Learning to accept the help of others has also been one of my greatest successes, learning that by forming a team we also form a community, which is at the service of the whole city. And not only for its residents, but also for its tourists, we help different airbnb’s to welcome all their visitors in a neat and original space.
Some time ago I heard that the secret of wealth and happiness is to play as a team, and right now I couldn’t agree more. I owe the growth of this last year in large part to the team of allies who have accompanied me this far.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At Clean Ready Miami we believe in balancing the energies of objects, that is why we use the Oosuji method, an ancient Japanese cleaning technique that helps to renovate the energies of a space so that the areas feel renewed and our clients can feel that they are in a clean and pleasant space, this differentiation gave us the opportunity in 2022 to win 2 important awards in the Latin Business Awards in the category: Teamwork and in the Leg Marketing Awards in the category of Latin Entrepreneur USA 2022.

The first barrier I encountered when I arrived in Miami was the language. I thought I could only make it if I spoke English, but it was not an impediment at all. The second barrier I encountered was thinking that I needed a lot of capital to be able to start a business. However, I arrived in Miami with $60 and I still have $20 of that money, which proves that capital was not an issue.

My advice to all the people who are looking for entrepreneurship is: educate yourself, take courses on what you think you will need, take every opportunity you have to learn something new. Miami is very big and has different market niches, evaluate very well who can be your real customer, Another tip is: look for a mentor, someone who knows about business and is willing to answer all your questions and give you the support you need to succeed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

There are so many places to visit and things to do in Miami, but I think the most fun for me are:
The Vizcaya Museum and its gardens, to be able to walk around for a while in and around a beautiful house. I would take them to Virginia Key Beach around 7 am, to see the sunrise at any of the beautiful beaches and then we would go to breakfast at Bachour of Coral Gables. I would invite them to spend some time at the public library, they are relaxing places and are the perfect stop to catch a break. The sunset on the Key Biscayne Bridge is also a must. And I would make room to take them to go jet skiing, to get the full Miami experience.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I must thank each one of the housekeepers who have been part of the Clean Ready Miami staff, thanks to them we have been able to win a client or satisfy their needs. Also to my advisors, Victor Roa and Helyn Malave, who have guided me all these years and have accompanied each of my steps with their advice and the best tips. To my allies at Pixelara Corp, who helped me build the image of Clean Ready Miami. And to the most important people in my life, my husband and my daughter, who have given me their time and support to start a business in Miami.
