I want my legacy to be one of innovation and transformation in the beauty industry. Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is about celebrating the inherent beauty that exists within every person. I must admit I am still discovering many layers of myself, and I am sure most women have gone through the same issue. With time, I’ve learned that beauty is everywhere. As a former professional Dancer and TV host, life showed me that beauty is also in movement, in expression, and in confidence. YazzBeauty was born from the desire to show people, especially women, that they are beautiful no matter what. My brand is not just about enhancing looks but about nurturing the creative and feminine spirit that lives inside all of us more practically, without forgetting to care for nature.

One of the biggest challenges has been breaking the notion that makeup is about covering up. Instead, I want to use YazzBeauty to empower women to express themselves, to feel confident, and to embrace their individuality. Building this brand has taken hard work and dedication, but my passion for redefining beauty standards keeps me going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my best friend to the beach where I know Nature will help her relax during that week of vacation. then, I would take her to a couple of nice dinners with family and friends where social interactions, good food, and music would make her feel filled with love and care.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to all women and mothers who inspire me every day with their strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit. We are the backbone of our families, the heart and core of the world. I am constantly in awe of all women and mothers’ stories, their journeys, and our ability to build, unite, create, care and love.

I also want to give a special shoutout to my husband, who has been my best everything—my biggest supporter, my partner, and my constant source of love and encouragement. the man who knows every single inch of me, my strengths, weakness, pain, talents, potential, mistakes, fears, mind, and heart.
