One of the habits that helped me to succeed in business is to surround myself with the experts who knew more about what I needed to carry out my vision. I am great at doing my part, writing the vision, investing in the vision and taking radical action. However, sometimes I found myself recreating the wheel due to a lack of knowledge and experience, and it was only after the fact that I made this discovery of what wasn’t working well as a team of one.
