The most important lesson in my career has been to follow your intuition. If you have an idea you know has the potential to perform well, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Million-dollar ideas sit in graves simply because people did not take action due to self-doubt. It is normal to be uncomfortable about pursuing your ideas, but do not let yourself or outside noise sway your purpose.
