The values that matter the most to me are the idea of treating people well in order to earn trust and respect. Just because someone is good at their art, good at a specific skill, or an “expert in their field” doesn’t mean they automatically have and deserve respect- respect comes from the way we as humans treat, empathize, interact, and value each other.
