The key to our success, both personally and for my company English For IT™, is really about passion, value and a commitment to making a difference. I’ve always believed in the power of education to open doors, and it’s this belief that drove me to focus on the unique needs within the tech industry. Our approach is deeply rooted in understanding these needs and constantly innovating to meet them better. What sets us apart is our continuous drive to evolve and use technology in ways that genuinely enhance learning. So, it’s a mix of passion for education, a focus on innovation, and building a supportive community that has been central to our success. On top of that, it’s that constant value you deliver to your community. On a personal note, success comes when you are in a constant state of growth. You commit to evolve no matter how much you already know. Otherwise, if you stop learning, you will most likely face the stagnation phase. To sum it up, some of the most important factors behind success are passion for what do you, delivering value to your audience/community, commitment to do it no matter what because you are here to make a difference. I think the most important factor behind the success I have experienced is respecting that everyone is unique. To really trust what the client’s mind, body, and spirit is trying to say and what is showing up physically, especially in their feet. We literally walk our truth. I know that what works well for one person, may not be what is best for another. I love using different modalities, they can all get us where we want to go in our healing journey. I love being that spark for someone when they are stuck. I love it when someone says they hated their feet, and now they appreciate the guidance they give. I love giving people hope, and being a stepping stone for them. I love to encourage people that they can trust themselves and be a grounding rod for them. My success comes being a life long student, and using everything I share in sessions in my own life. There is no one path. Traditional healing meets alternative, I support it all ,and live my life that way. I think that is key. Read more>>

What has helped me the most is being authentic to myself instead trying to be who I thought other people wanted me to be. When I first got started, I had numerous business start-up programs and advisors that pressured me to narrow down my audience and then to speak to them and their specific pain points. As a result, I found myself trying to be what I thought I needed to be for my audience instead of being authentic to myself and allowing my audience to come to me. For example, I was trying to market to leaders, working parents, and professional women with what I thought they needed to hear about their challenges. I made the switch to communicating my experiences in those spaces, my values, gifting and proprietary process. In an essence it was less of what potential clients might need to hear and more of showing people there is hope of a solution to their challenge. Read more>>

In my experience, our fluid and sincere communication with our clients sets us apart from other law firms. I believe that carefully hearing our clients’ stories in their own words as opposed to simply reading documents, lets us appreciate our clients’ nuances and specific circumstances. With that knowledge, we can then craft pre-suit or litigation strategies specific to solving our clients’ needs. Read more>>
