I would have to say the principle that matters most to me is customer service and transparency. I provide my clients with top tier customer service and making myself available for their every need. My clients know they can call me or text me at any time. I have even had conversions with clients that went on until 12 in the morning. I also feel that it is important to be transparent with my clients in all regards. For example how much things cost, what can realistically be achieved in a given time frame, as well as providing realistic deadlines as to when I can complete a task.
