Hi Deontae, what do you attribute your success to?
A Positive mindset is essential to dealing with the stressors of building a brand and the financial struggles. – Maintaining organization and calanders – Habits that contribute to your long-term and short term goals – being active on social media – Having the influence around you to improve yourself and shoot for high goals – Roadmap of short term and long term plans Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 – More Sacrifices than you want to make These factors have contributed to the bulk of my brand success on a small scale enough to generate over $150k in a 4 year period. However Maintaining this kind of organization was not achieved from day one but rather focusing on good habits that translate to a successful brand in the long term

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a STR Property Manager through airbnb and Booking. I host people around the world at my 4 bedroom property in miami everyday for the last 4 years with a occupancy of 89%. I am proud that my efforts on social media has connected me with invaluable people and contacts that have directly benefited my journey. Some of the key aspects of building my business was as follows – When my Niche presented itself i expanded on the niche with SEO friendly advertisements and keywords and linking all social media to acquire trust from customers. – This specific niche resulted in a 90% occupancy jump simply from having a progressive mindset on what customers look for and need. – The challenges involved where maintaining finances and finding a reliable strategy to scale and build on what was giving me huge success. – I had to learn to be a entreprenuer while making the most mistakes early but those mistakes were improved and fixed which now contributes heavily to the $72k a year i make now

These people contrinute to our decision making and help us make the tough choices that surround us daily. Other successful people gravitate towards a postive mindset and you are the 6th person of your most 5 common people around you. My Best Friend – Alexander Ronbinson – We’ve opened 2 businesses together and failed them both but the invaluble experience we learned has contributed to the successful businesses we run today. Having a business partner to explore the entreprenuer side of life is almost essential to building a career in anything. You learn about the parts that need to be successful in order to reach a higher goal. One of those parts is recognizing that interdependence is how we succeed in the long term
