Hi maria, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Our products are all made in our premises.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
In a country where animal protein is the staple of all foods, going vegan was simply unthinkable. Empathy and love for others made us love the plant based world.
I discovered this beautiful vocation: cooking, taking classes
with the most recognized vegan chefs worldwide.
part of my challenge is to show the community that we can taste delicious and healthy desserts without animal protein.
Origamy’s doors opened at Sunrise in
February 2022, where we offer totally natural, vegetable, organic, gluten-free ice cream and pastries, among other benefits, has been a challenge, but when love is present, that word challenge does not exist.
I studied Business Administration in Venezuela, in this country I studied dialysis, but all my life until 2015, I owned a business in which I distributed automotive paint since I was 19 years old.
Origamy has become the laboratory where I use my magic, there with a lot of creativity we make combinations of flavors, textures and colors, surprising even the most skeptical, all with products from our mother earth, each flavor that she makes is an explosion in your palate that leaves you wanting more.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
