We had the good fortune of connecting with Yasmin Rosales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yasmin, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Unless you work in the industry, you may not have an idea of the great amount of time, work and heavy lifting that goes into the behind the scene process of each event to ensure guest experience is flawless and the memories last forever! We start our day early to prepare for each event. This involves coordinating; following a timeline for arrival and setup times, loading up the vehicle, checking our list and identifying the necessary equipment and supplies we will need and any other special requirements so we don’t miss a beat. After each event we cleanup and breakdown equipment and load up again. Our days tend to be 8 to even 12 hours long. We are very dedicated and committed to the needs of our clients and we hope that those outside of the industry understand, value and appreciate our time and work ethic. We look forward to serving you!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am proud to have a brand that people love and remember. Although it has not been easy and the road comes with many challenges, it is worth it! No matter how well you plan ahead, there will always be setbacks and challenges. Therefore, I confront challenges head-on deciding I will not allow such experiences to break me but make me stronger. I have learned to accept that challenges prove to be learning opportunities that help me grow as a person and professional.

I am where I am today by God’s grace, my skills and dedication to serving others, caring about each event and client. I strive in providing great service, attention to detail, creating appealing cocktails and of course lovely staff who pours their heart and soul into tending guests and have fun doing it!

I want readers to know my heart and passion for service. STIR IT UP MOBILE BAR was created to humbly serve others. I find joy in meeting the needs of others and I can offer that through my services; going above and beyond while creating lasting memories for my clients. My team and I truly care!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
South FL is a fun and beautiful place to vacation in! Wherever you are, you’re never more than 60 miles from the nearest body of salt water. But, with the unpredictable weather you must pack your bikini along with your rain boots.

Some of the top places to see are Key Largo where you can go deep sea fishing, then head over to enjoy some yummy stone crab claws and sip pina coladas at Gilbert’s Resort and catch a gorgeous and picturesque sunset.

If you dare, head over to Miami Executive Airport for some skydiving fun at the Miami Skydiving Center where you can take a scenic flight over the Atlantic and tandem jump over Miami.

Take s day to go parasailing on Biscayne Bay, or take a private flight tour while sipping champagne.

See the gators on an air boat tour at Everglades National Park then grab lunch at Everglades Gator Grill for a taste of alligator in the heart of the Everglades.

Get your tan on and enjoy the beach at South Pointe Park – a beautiful green space at the southern tip of Miami Beach.

Feeling artsy? enjoy South Beach’s historic Art Deco architecture and have dinner at an oceanside restaurant like Caffe Milano.

Get active and visit Haulover Park for fishing, tennis, golf and bicycle rides.

Want to go shopping? head over to the heart of Miami and check out Bayside Marketplace an entertainment Mecca with nearly 70 shops and 30 restaurants.

Let’s leave Miami and head 25 min north over to Hollywood Beach, FL where you can escape to a coastal paradise at Margaritaville Resort. This place has it all! Enjoy the pool, sip on some margaritas and wrap up your day taking a stroll on the Hollywood Beach broad walk a place for tourist from all over the glove.

Want more fun in the sun? then head to Fort Lauderdale By The Sea, Kayak, paddleboard, or even soar above it all with a kiteboard. Explore the living coral reef just 100 yards offshore. Check out Anglin’s Square’s oceanfront shops and restaurants like Aruba’s Beach Cafe and don’t forget to visit the Anglin fishing pier.

And that is how I would enjoy a week long stay in South FL!
