We had the good fortune of connecting with Scott and Jenna Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Scott and Jenna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My husband and I had extensive experience in the coffee industry and decided to create a company to bring the highest quality Arabica coffee to coffee lovers everywhere. At the same time our father and mother were suffering from terminal illnesses and found great benefit and relief from CBD. Understanding the power of this naturally healing plant, we decided to combine it with our delicious coffee and 420 Brew Street was born. We are so thankful not only for having our own business but being able to help others live a better life through our hand-crafted CBD infused products.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Over the last five years we have continued to innovate and always strive to create the most effective, compliant, results-driven products. We are most proud of our customer response and five star rating. We have received so much feedback and personal stories from our customers telling us how life changing our products have been for them.

Our unique hand-crafted blends of flavored coffees combined with high quality nano CBD sets us apart from other companies out there. The synergy between caffeine and CBD is remarkable and our customers have experienced better focus, relief from internal inflammation and reduced anxiety all while enjoying a delicious cup of 420 Brew Street Colombian, CBD infused coffee.

The road to our success has been quite challenging as the cannabis and CBD industry is continuously evolving. We have faced many challenges from sourcing materials during Covid to procuring the right processor for transactions and always keeping up to date with the latest legal requirements. We have overcome these challenges and reached this level of success with the help of our amazing team who is dedicated to operating with transparency, paying attention to the little details, and focusing on our passion and commitment to helping our customers live their best lives.

We have learned that running a business in this ever changing industry is not an easy feat. It requires tenacity, perseverance and a strong commitment to our core mission to bring health, wellness and awareness to our customers.

We want the world to know that we will always formulate our products with the highest quality ingredients, that our customer’s health and wellness is our number one priority and that we will continue to be their resource for a healthier brew as we continue to grind and stay grounded!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
South Beach is definitely on our list of Miami to do’s! We would suggest staying at the Fountainbleau in Miami Beach and while you’re there you can hit up the night club LIV. Barton G is a great restaurant in Miami Beach and their Boo G Pasta is delicious! Next on the list is The Villa Casa Casuarina at the former Versace Mansion. Stay a couple nights there and dine at Gianni’s Restaurant. Cafe Bastille Downtown for brunch is our next stop. Biscayne Bay has a lot to offer and Klaw Miami has great drinks and even better views. Head inland to Wynwood Walls and then south to Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. Bayside Marketplace is a nice outdoor shopping experience. The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables is a must see as well. And a trip to Miami wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Little Havana. One week will not feel like enough time and you’ll be planning your next trip back in no time!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our family has been paramount in our success and they have really supported and encouraged us to keep going through this process. After our parents, Judith and Barry, passed away from terminal illnesses, it became our mission to spread awareness and education and share our health and wellness products in hopes of helping others heal from the inside out. They have been the inspiration and driving force behind our business.

Another person we’d like to recognize is Dr. David Hellman, DO of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition. He has helped us understand how the human body directly interfaces with CBD and it’s wide range of benefits. His knowledge and guidance has helped us from formulating our products to educating our customers.

And of course our customers and our local community. All of the people who shop small and support local small businesses have really showed us immense support and we would not be the success story we are today without them.
