We had the good fortune of connecting with Alesia Galati and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alesia, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I’d have to say two things really stick out in my journey. First, I am dedicated to my goals and love what I do. That makes it feel like every day is exciting. I can achieve the goals I set for our company and it’s not a chore to do the work. I want to.

Second, my team has been a driving force behind the brand. They care about our clients just about as much as I do. This means they put in the effort to create a high-quality experience for our clients. They genuinely care, and I couldn’t have grown this business without them.

What should our readers know about your business?
Galati Media knows podcasting inside and out. We’re the experts in launching and managing successful podcasts, so you don’t have to! Whether you’re starting a podcast or looking for full-service management, we give you the confidence and strategy you need to bring in leads, land speaking gigs, and deeply connect with your listeners.

What sets us apart from other production companies is that we offer strategy and production to all our clients. It’s essential that we provide them with high-quality services. We also edit our podcasts for content and values. So if a guest says something that doesn’t align with the values of the host or doesn’t add value to the conversation, we’ll take it out. We want to ensure that what we are putting out into the world is the very best of the best and are messages that make a difference in the lives of their listeners.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Sadly, I’m not from Miami, but if I were to have my friends visiting near where I live in North Carolina, it would definitely be a beach trip. We’d find a small town beach to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my dear business friends Lisa Zawrotny, Founder of Positively Productive and Emily Aborn, Copywriter for Creative Entrepreneurs. They are my sounding board when I’m feeling overwhelmed and they are always there to give sound, practical advice. I appreciate them so much.
