Hi Oscar, what do you attribute your success to?
One of the most important factors behind the success of our brand is the unwavering commitment to our core values and mission. Often, when people start a business, they focus heavily on creating a detailed business plan and ensuring they have enough financial reserves. While these aspects are crucial, they don’t always guarantee success. What truly sets a business apart is its ability to understand and meet the unique needs of its customers while staying true to its core values.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our business, John Bell Construction, is built on a foundation of passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. What sets us apart from others is our unwavering focus on delivering exceptional value and personalized service to our clients. We take the time to understand their unique needs and work tirelessly to exceed their expectations, whether through innovative solutions, high-quality products, or outstanding customer service.

I am most proud of the strong relationships we’ve built with our clients and the positive impact our work has had on their lives. Seeing their visions come to life and knowing that we played a part in their success is incredibly rewarding.

The journey to where we are today has not been easy. There have been numerous challenges along the way, from financial hurdles to market competition. However, we overcame these challenges through perseverance, adaptability, and a relentless focus on our goals. Learning from each setback and continually improving our processes and offerings helped us navigate the complexities of the business world.

Some of the key lessons I’ve learned include the importance of staying true to your values, the power of teamwork, and the need for constant innovation. Embracing change and being willing to take calculated risks have also been crucial in our growth and success.

What I want the world to know about John Bell is that we are more than just a business; we are a dedicated team passionate about making a difference. Our brand story is one of resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to our clients. We strive to create meaningful and lasting impacts through our work, and we are excited about the future as we continue to grow and evolve.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would start by booking them at the 1 Hotel in Miami Beach to make the most of Miami’s beautiful coastline. For dinner, we’d go to LPM. We would make sure to get there early since they have the best cocktails in Miami.

One day, we’d visit South Pointe Beach and ride bikes around South Beach, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. For lunch, we could head to Hillstone in the Gables or Café Abbracci if they’re in the mood for Italian cuisine.

For an authentic Cuban experience, El Mago de las Fritas is my favorite spot. Be sure to tell El Mago that Morejon says hello! For the best coffee and breakfast in town, Tinta y Café is a must-visit.

We’d definitely spend some time in Little Havana, where we could have drinks and appetizers at Ball & Chain. A night at Ball & Chain would be perfect for enjoying authentic Hispanic music and great drinks.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a heartfelt shoutout to my wife, the first person to believe in me when I was thinking of starting the company. Her unwavering support and encouragement gave me the confidence to pursue my dreams.

I also want to thank the entire John Bell team for their dedication and hard work, which have been instrumental in exceeding our clients’ expectations. Their passion and collaboration have propelled us forward.
