Founded with a vision to transform beauty education, Pompano Beauty Academy stands as a premier institution committed to excellence, innovation, and opportunity. Located in the heart of Pompano Beach, the academy offers a range of programs including Advanced Skincare, Makeup Artistry, Lash Extensions, and Instructor courses.
Pompano Beauty Academy is proud to be the first beauty school in Florida offering both in-person and hybrid programs, providing flexibility for today’s students without compromising hands-on learning. The Academy advocates for accessible education, having successfully championed the approval of hybrid programs through the Florida Department of Education.
Beyond the classroom, Pompano Beauty Academy actively supports its community. The Academy provides scholarships for graduating seniors and young women aging out of foster care, bridging the gap between passion and professional achievement. Students benefit from real-world training, workshops with industry professionals, and internship placements that position them for immediate success.

Pompano Beauty Academy was born from a deep passion for education, empowerment, and elevating the beauty industry. I am proud to be the first beauty school in Florida to offer both in-person and hybrid learning options, a model I fought hard to implement so students could pursue their dreams with flexibility, even amidst rising living costs and everyday challenges. What sets Pompano Beauty Academy apart is our commitment to modern, career-focused education that meets students where they are and takes them where they want to go.
I am most proud of how Pompano Beauty Academy has become a bridge to opportunity, not just a school. Through scholarships for foster youth aging out of the system, free financial literacy workshops, and a career-driven curriculum, I am dedicated to changing lives beyond the classroom. Watching students transform their skills into thriving businesses or rewarding careers is what excites me most.
The journey to get here was far from easy. There were moments filled with uncertainty, tough regulations to navigate, and the challenge of building something that had never been done before in my community. What kept me moving forward was my belief in the students, their futures fueled my persistence. Every setback became a setup for a greater comeback, and every obstacle strengthened my leadership.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that true success is about impact, not just income. When you lead with integrity, innovation, and heart, the results follow.
What I want the world to know about Pompano Beauty Academy is that we are more than a beauty school, we are a launching pad for leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. Our story is one of resilience, vision, and a relentless commitment to helping others achieve their dreams. And we are just getting started.

Start your day in Pompano Beach with a visit to Ann-LASH Beauty Bar, where you can relax, renew, and treat yourself to a customized facial or a refreshing sugaring hair removal service. After pampering yourself, head to Pompano Beach Pier to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The pier offers beautiful photo opportunities, colorful art installations, and a peaceful morning atmosphere that’s perfect for taking it all in. I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my mentor, Mrs. Elenor Denker. Her guidance has been a cornerstone in my journey, encouraging me to think beyond traditional limits, push past self-imposed boundaries, and expand the scope of my vision. Mrs. Denker’s unwavering belief in innovation and fearless leadership has inspired me to dream bigger and move with greater purpose. Her mentorship has not only accelerated my growth but also challenged me to create opportunities where none existed. I am deeply grateful for her wisdom, encouragement, and the lasting impact she has made on both my personal and professional life.
