Hi Wayne, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
I’ve come to understand the lesson of building a brand requires both sacrifice and consistency & putting in the work day after day, even when results aren’t immediate. I’ve also learned the invaluable lesson that success isn’t a solo journey; building a strong, aligned team is essential to turning vision into reality.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Being part of the financial services industry has given me the opportunity to help individuals and families make smarter financial decisions—whether it’s saving for retirement, securing life insurance, investing in annuities, or finding effective debt solutions. What sets me apart is my commitment to personalized service and truly understanding each client’s unique goals and challenges. This industry isn’t without obstacles—building trust, navigating skepticism, and staying current with changing regulations are ongoing challenges—but I’ve learned to overcome them through consistency, education, and a genuine desire to serve. Along the way, I’ve discovered that success comes from patience, resilience, and always putting people first.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take them to my workshop that I have at my office. Were we bring together ambitious leaders to share real strategies that are working right now and create a powerful game plan for 2025. We would then hang out downtown Brickell in Miami. Then grab a bite to eat at Saitos a Japanese Restaurant.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would want to give a Shout Out to my Mentor Dr. Kehinde Thomas, he has had a major impact on my life and career in the financial services industry—his mentorship, guidance, and example have been instrumental in shaping my professional path and inspiring me to pursue excellence with purpose and integrity.
