Meet Jenny Khouly

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenny Khouly and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jenny, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m originally from the Caribbean island of Antigua, but my roots are deeply Lebanese. Growing up in a multicultural household with immigrant parents who valued hard work, faith, and family shaped every part of who I am today. My upbringing taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and the importance of building something meaningful—not just for yourself, but for your family and community.
Life in Antigua was simple in many ways, but it came with its own challenges. I learned early on to adapt, to stay grounded, and to work hard for what I wanted. Watching my parents make sacrifices for a better life gave me a strong sense of purpose and grit. That mindset carried over when I moved to Florida and had to rebuild my real estate career from the ground up.
My background also gave me a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life. Being both Caribbean and Lebanese, I naturally understand how to connect across cultures, which has been a powerful asset in working with international clients. My identity isn’t just where I’m from—it’s the foundation of how I live, work, and serve others with authenticity and heart.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Thank you for the opportunity to share more about my business and my journey. I’m a Florida-based realtor with a specialty in international real estate, and what sets me apart is the unique blend of global experience, cultural awareness, and personal resilience that I bring to every client relationship.
My career began in the Caribbean, where I worked in Antigua with both local developers and international investors. I had the privilege of helping clients from China, Dubai, and Europe navigate the buying process—many of them purchasing from overseas. That experience gave me a strong foundation in global real estate and taught me how to communicate clearly, build trust across cultures, and manage complex transactions with care.
When I moved to Florida, I thought my experience would be enough to carry me forward—but I quickly realized that U.S. real estate was an entirely different world. The rules, systems, and fast-paced environment required me to start almost from scratch. It wasn’t easy. I faced self-doubt, frustration, and the challenge of rebuilding my name in a new market where no one knew me. But I was determined. I invested in learning, earned my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, and slowly started building a reputation grounded in integrity, persistence, and personalized service.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way is that success isn’t about how much you know—it’s about how willing you are to keep growing. I had to unlearn the idea that past experience was enough and embrace a mindset of lifelong learning. I also had to be willing to take risks, lean on others, and trust that hard work eventually pays off.
Today, I help clients from all over the world buy and sell homes and investment properties in Florida. I specialize in guiding international buyers, relocations, and those seeking a smooth, trustworthy experience in what can often feel like a complicated process. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built and the trust my clients place in me—not just as their realtor, but as their advocate.
What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is this: I didn’t get here easily or quickly, but every challenge made me stronger, and every lesson shaped the way I serve others. Real estate is more than a career to me—it’s a calling. It’s about helping people create a better future, one home at a time. And I’m just getting started.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Naples, Florida, I’d make sure they experienced the very best this coastal paradise has to offer—blending luxury, nature, culture, and pure relaxation.
We’d start with a stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort or The Ritz-Carlton, where they’d wake up to ocean views and fall asleep to the sound of waves. For our first evening, I’d take them to The Turtle Club—dining barefoot in the sand with a glass of wine and a perfect Gulf sunset. The kind of welcome Naples is known for.
Mornings would be easy and uplifting—coffee at Kunjani Craft Coffee, followed by shopping and strolling along Fifth Avenue South or Third Street South, where charm meets sophistication. We’d grab brunch at Jane’s Café or Ridgway Bar & Grill—because great food tastes even better in a garden courtyard.
Of course, we’d have to get out on the water. A private boat to Keewaydin Island or a catamaran sail with Sweet Liberty would be a must. We’d spend the afternoon soaking up the sun, spotting dolphins, and enjoying that no-rush island time. Later, dinner at M Waterfront Grille or Sea Salt would give us that perfect blend of fine dining and fresh, coastal flavor.
For a more cultural experience, we’d visit the Naples Botanical Garden and the Baker Museum—beautiful, peaceful spaces that reflect the heart of the community. And we’d definitely unwind at the spa at Naples Grande or The Ritz—relaxation is an art form here.
Adventure would come in the form of an airboat ride through the Everglades, where Florida’s wild beauty comes alive. We’d balance that with peaceful nature walks through Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and of course, no trip is complete without catching a sunset at Naples Pier—an iconic moment, every time.
Evenings would vary—from elegant dinners at Osteria Tulia or The French, to lively cocktails at Bar Tulia, to late-night laughs over dessert at The Continental. Naples offers everything, whether you’re in heels or flip-flops.
This city is more than just beautiful beaches—it’s a place where luxury and laid-back living coexist. It’s where I live, work, and feel at home—and sharing it with someone I care about would be a true joy.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people who’ve played a role in my journey, but if I had to dedicate a shoutout, it would start with my family—especially my mother. Her strength, sacrifices, and unwavering support have been the foundation of everything I’ve been able to accomplish. Raising five children while adapting to a new country and standing by my father as he built a future for us in Antigua wasn’t easy, but she did it with grace, faith, and love. Her resilience is a big part of why I never give up, no matter how hard the road gets.
I also want to thank my dear friend and colleague, Donal O’Sullivan, who has helped me significantly over the past two years. If it weren’t for his belief in me and his constant encouragement to take bigger risks and step outside of my comfort zone, I truly don’t believe I’d be where I am today. His mentorship, friendship, and genuine support have made a lasting impact on both my career and my confidence.
I’m also grateful to the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) community, which has expanded my global perspective and connected me with professionals who share the same passion for international real estate.
Every step I’ve taken has been made possible by the people who believed in me, supported me, and challenged me to grow—and I’m deeply thankful for each one of them.
