We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaime Custer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaime, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Risk taking is essential for a succesfull career i’d say. Many opportunities don’t just come by themselves and you have to go look for them. Sometimes reaching out to people who you think will never respond is a game changer. Risking the last dollar can be an opportunity. Believing and risking taking go hand in hand but it has to be a controlled risk. You have to believe in yourself and in your projects to able to take risks and see what the consequences may be. I’m a hundred percent sure that although they say the train does not pass twice there are millions of trains you can take. Everyone has a different route and controlled risks can determine your outcome.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started in 2010 in Lima Peru the name of the magic school is Twister Magic Studio. Being in Peru and doing magic was not that easy, there is a under developed entretainment industry. Besides starting very young.

I got to where I am now by not stoping what I was doing. Networking a lot and not saying no to oportunities.

I still have to overcome challenges everyday but I look at the positive aspects of the challenge to try to ease the problem and then focus on it.

I have learned that being consistent in what you do will take you far. Learning as much as possible is important to the making of right decisions and creating a good team will make you more productive

I want the world to know that I’m working on my signature show

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d go to Paracas 155 miles south of Lima, we would stay in my place and relax by the pool with the dogs. In the mornings to have a regular breakfast and do wakeboard , in the afternoon noon eat sea food and later go on the boat and by night time have some dinner and go to hotel close by to have a drink some thing. Another day we could go to the natural reserve by car and also go visit the sea lions and pound by boat

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents deserve a shoutout and my magic mentors as well.
