Meet Ana Zecca | Real Estate Broker – Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Zecca and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ana, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Honestly, for me, real estate has never just been about closing deals or selling homes; it’s about people. Every time I help a family buy, sell, or rent a property, I know I’m helping them take an important step toward stability, security, and their future. That’s a huge responsibility, and I take it very personally.
But beyond the business side, giving back has always been part of who I am. That’s why I founded Toy Drive ‘N Events Inc our nonprofit that supports children and families in need across South Florida. We host events like Breakfast with Santa, where we bring joy and toys to kids during the holidays, and Back-to-School drives so students can start the year with the supplies they need. We also run an Adopt a Family program to support families going through tough times with essentials like clothes, food, and school items.
It’s not about big numbers or huge budgets; we started with almost nothing, but the community came together, and that’s what makes the difference. Our motto is “one child, one family at a time,” and I truly believe that’s how change happens.
So when clients choose to work with me and my team, they’re not just getting a boutique real estate service; they’re also helping us continue that mission of building stronger families and communities.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Zecca Realty Group is a boutique brokerage I founded with a simple vision: to put people before numbers. We’re not focused on being the biggest firm in town — we’re focused on being the most personal. Every client matter, whether it’s their very first condo or a luxury estate. What sets us apart is the way we guide each client through the process with honesty, patience, and care.
The road to get here hasn’t been easy. Launching a brokerage meant wearing every hat, broker, marketer, accountant, and facing plenty of sleepless nights. But my belief that who you work with matters kept me moving forward. Along the way, I’ve been honored with recognitions that remind me why resilience and authenticity matter so deeply in this business. One of my proudest moments was being named the 2025 Real Estate Women Leader of the Year at the IPS Exhibition in Dubai, and earlier this spring, being nominated as a finalist for the 2025 Businesswoman of the Year, Real Estate Professional Award with the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
What I want people to know about Zecca Realty Group is that we are more than a brokerage. We’re a small but mighty team that treats every client like family. For us, success is not just measured in contracts closed, but in the relationships, we build and the lives we touch along the way. This year, we proudly celebrated Zecca Realty Group’s 6th anniversary and my 22 years as a real estate professional, milestones that reflect both growth and gratitude.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week, I’d want them to experience the real Miami, not just the tourist spots, but the mix of culture, food, and energy that makes this city so special.
We’d probably kick things off in Wynwood to explore the art walls, little galleries, and grab a bite at one of the local breweries or coffee shops. From there, we’d spend time in Little Havana, walking down Calle Ocho, listening to live music, and eating authentic Cuban food (you can’t visit Miami without a cafecito and some pastelitos!).
Of course, we’d spend a day in South Beach — not just for the sand and ocean, but for the Art Deco history, Ocean Drive energy, and a great dinner at one of the trendy spots in SoFi. Another day, I’d take them to Coral Gables for a more elegant vibe — strolling Miracle Mile, dining at one of the amazing restaurants, and maybe sneaking into the Venetian Pool.
We’d also do a day in Coconut Grove, hanging by the waterfront, enjoying the relaxed bohemian feel, and catching sunset at Monty’s. And I’d make sure they saw the Everglades — it’s such a unique ecosystem and really shows a different side of South Florida.
I couldn’t leave out Doral, since it’s home base for me and Zecca Realty Group. I’d take them to Downtown Doral or CityPlace Doral for dining, shopping, and live music – both are great spots to spend an evening. For food, we’d go local with amazing Latin flavors: Peruvian ceviche, Spanish Tapas, or a classic steakhouse.
Food-wise, I’d mix it up throughout the week: steak at Smith & Wollensky overlooking the water, fresh seafood at Garcia’s on the river, and Italian at a hidden gem in Coral Gables. For drinks, rooftop spots in Brickell are a must, Sugar or Area 31 for the views. Can’t miss going to Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, for an afternoon Happy hour overlooking the bay and beautiful sunsets.
By the end of the week, they’d have tasted Miami’s flavors, danced to its rhythms, and felt the mix of cultures that make our city so exciting. Miami isn’t just one thing — it’s art, history, food, nature, nightlife — and that’s what I’d want them to experience.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
That’s such a great question, because none of us achieves success on our own. If I had to give a shoutout, it would be to the people and communities who have shaped my journey.
First, my family and friends. Their love, friendship and patience, and encouragement have given me the courage to take risks and the strength to push through challenges.
Second, my mentors and colleagues in both real estate and nonprofit work. I’ve been lucky to have people who believed in me while also challenging me to grow, shaping me into a stronger leader, business owner, and community advocate. And of course, our clients—their trust is the backbone of our brokerage.
Lastly, I must recognize the volunteers, donors, and supporters of Toy Drive ‘N Events Inc They are the heartbeat of our nonprofit. Every toy collected, every dollar donated, every hour volunteered makes a direct impact on children and families. Without them, none of what we do would be possible.
My gratitude is to the community that surrounds me. They remind me every day that success isn’t a solo journey—it’s something we share.
