We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Fleurissaint and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, what do you attribute your success to?
] Being passionate is the fuel that inspires and gives me a great hunger to execute through difficult situations and allows my creative side to come out. From the late nights and the early mornings, reaching my goals and dreams caused by and destination has been the driving force to bringing my creative side out!    My passion for helping others look and feel beautiful , this feeling is what pushes me to be successful and move towards being the best in my craft. From Hair installation, hair care services, mink Eyelashes etc.., We strive to be #1 in the beauty industry As leaders and innovators. The desire to consistently bring forth excellent beauty products and tailor-made services to fit my client’s needs is why Jessie’s Beauty Lab succeeds.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My brand is an inspired “Beauty Scientist “concocting different “experiments” (products and ideas) for my online website. I get super excited because it’s time to get creative. I’ve attended a cosmetology school which gave me an opportunity to be more hands on and creative with my business. Along the way it definitely wasn’t easy! The process is ongoing and we are always learning and creating and even re- creating. The best thing to do is re-group, re-organize, and re-start! My growing online Project “Jessies Beauty Lab” started off with me promoting my mink eyelash brand, “Kingdom Luxe Collection”. My brand was created originally to inspire “Queens” to keep their “crowns on and push!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hands down, the Art District any day of the week! It would be the hotspot I’d show my Best friend. A great place to enjoy artwork and design. A great place to take a stroll and meet new people. It’s full of color, hope, and life! Seriously, an entire “culture” of colors coming together. Beautiful right? For a fine meal, Thursdays and beyond, I would take my best friend to The Popular ” Smith & Wollensky.” for their high-end steak. Along with their breathtaking waterfront view, you guys will thank me later! Oh, yea! Let’s not forget we’re in Miami, right? So, we will, for sure, finish off the weekend on Jetskis down on South Beach! I’m sure after this week with me, you’ll post a couple of pictures up for the “gram.”

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a special shoutout to my best friend, partner, and confidant, Sam E. Sam has supported me from the very beginning of my business journey. He has been there for me when I needed to bounce around ideas , strategize and he even helped me discover , “Jessie’s Beauty Lab.” I can’t thank Sam enough for being such a positive influence and great support system in my life. I couldn’t have done it with his help.
