Meet Elena Nikolashkina

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elena Nikolashkina and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I love what I do, I love rhythmic gymnastics, myself in it, seeing girls develop into amazing skilled professionals through the years with my help . I take failures very personal. That busses me all the time and need to succeed.
Nothing is easy, Everything is very hard, every day is another Challendge , test. I never give up, I try again every time.
What came to my mind first is always correct. I learned to trust myself without seeing the final result- I teach my gymnasts the same.
Everything is possible if you really want something. If you can’t do it: you don’t really want it and maybe should not be doing it at all as no one will return your life time to you. You need to love what you do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In Miami definitely I would spend a day on the beach, then some pool party, then some nice restaurant by water. Next day : boat trip on the canals.
Next day : shopping .
Next day :beach in one of the parks with barbecue.
Next day : spa day with massage , hair, mani/pedi.
Next day : visit Fort Lauderdale area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family plays a huge role in mentoring and emotional support for me which gives me strength to move forward all the time. My husband is my best friend and greatest support and help for me. My dad is my strongest motivator as he built his business from stretch in 1988 and it is still running successfully. My mom is my brick wall and emotional stability. And my daughter is my inner motivator .
