Meet Yirett Clemente

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yirett Clemente and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yirett, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued a creative career because I believe every person, brand, and moment has a story worth telling. Photography and videography give me the ability to transform ordinary moments into meaningful visual experiences that people can remember and connect with.
Creativity allows me to combine technical skill with emotion, turning ideas into powerful imagery. What motivates me most is the opportunity to inspire others, evoke feelings, and create work that has a lasting impact.
Over time, what started as a passion evolved into a profession, and today I feel fortunate to do what I love while helping others share their stories with the world.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is rooted in storytelling. Whether I am photographing a person, a family, a business owner, or creating content for a brand, my goal is always to create images that evoke emotion and leave a lasting impression. I believe photography is more than capturing what someone looks like it is about capturing who they are and telling their story in a meaningful way.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine creativity, technical expertise, and visual storytelling. I love transforming ideas into images that feel cinematic, artistic, and authentic. Every project is approached with intention, whether it is a personal portrait session, a commercial campaign, or creative conceptual work.
My journey was not easy. I immigrated from Venezuela and had to rebuild my life while adapting to a new country, culture, and language. Like many entrepreneurs, I started from the ground up and faced challenges, uncertainty, and moments where success felt far away. However, those experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of believing in myself even when the path ahead was unclear.
One of the things I am most proud of is seeing my work recognized through publications, billboards, magazine features, and industry awards. While those achievements are meaningful, what excites me most is the impact my work has on the people I photograph and the brands I help grow. Knowing that my art can create confidence, preserve memories, and help businesses elevate their image is incredibly rewarding.
The biggest lesson I have learned is that success rarely happens overnight. It is built through consistency, continuous learning, and the willingness to keep moving forward despite obstacles. Every challenge has helped shape both my career and my perspective as an artist.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that everything I create comes from a genuine passion for storytelling and human connection. My goal is not simply to take beautiful photographs it is to create meaningful visual experiences that people can connect with, remember, and feel proud of for years to come.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I would want them to experience the perfect mix of Florida’s natural beauty, exciting attractions, and amazing food.
We would start with a day exploring Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, followed by dinner at one of the city’s unique local restaurants. Another day would be dedicated to discovering Winter Park, strolling through Park Avenue, enjoying local boutiques, cafés, and the scenic boat tour.
Since I love being near the water, I would definitely plan a day trip to the coast. We would watch the sunrise at the beach, enjoy fresh seafood, and spend the afternoon relaxing by the ocean. I would also take them to Port 27, one of my favorite hidden gems, where you can enjoy waterfront dining, live music, family friendly activities, and exciting jet ski adventures.
A trip to Florida would not be complete without visiting some of our beautiful natural springs. Spending a day kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the crystal clear water is one of the most unique experiences the state has to offer.
For food, I would focus on local restaurants that offer memorable experiences and great atmosphere rather than just popular tourist spots. Orlando has an incredibly diverse food scene with influences from all over the world, making it a great place to explore different cuisines.
Most importantly, I would want them to experience the people. One of the things I love most about Central Florida is the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, and stories. It is a place where people from all over the world come together, creating a vibrant and welcoming community.
By the end of the week, I would want them to leave not only with great photos and memories, but with a genuine appreciation for the beauty, energy, and opportunities that make Florida such a special place to call home.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would dedicate my shoutout to my family, loved ones, close friends, and clients who have supported me throughout my journey. Building a creative career comes with challenges, and I am incredibly grateful for the people who have encouraged me, believed in me, and helped me grow along the way.
I also want to recognize my clients, who trust me to capture important moments and create meaningful artwork for them. Every session, project, and collaboration gives me the opportunity to do what I love, and their confidence in my work continues to inspire me to grow as an artist and storyteller.
No achievement is accomplished alone, and I am thankful for everyone who has played a role in my journey, whether through support, encouragement, trust, or opportunity.
