We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Tobias and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process began as such…HOW…in 2021, with anyone and everyone already online, could MY material POSSIBLY get seen, as a brand-new creator? The first challenge I had to face was the hardest. Was this even possible? Was there a business model out there that I could replicate or that had proven to be successful in the same way I wanted to be? The answers, at first, unfortunately, was a hard and intimidating NO. At least to the latter question posed. Nothing out there that I could model my own business after meant I had to create something entirely new, unique, from scratch. The total process of becoming self-created. It was intimidating, to say the least. To the first question I had to face-off against…”was this even possible?” Although this took quite a bit of faith, luck, good timing, and ultimately, some inspiration from external circumstances (turns out going through a breakup can be the most powerful motivator on the planet to change your future dramatically)-I eventually stepped out into the unknown of the entire process and took it one step at a time. This proved to be the ONLY (and best) way to actually make progress. By taking it one step at a time, trusting in each and every step that felt right, even without knowing how the result would turn out, and at the same time ensuring I gave each and every piece of content created the HIGHEST possible chance to be seen by Youtube’s algorithm, I gained positive feedback. This positive feedback from the World ultimately fueled the next video, and then the next, and then the creation of an entire business build around content that could provide for my life and then some. Thought process…there was no thought process. There was each and every step into the unknown. Trust. Faith. And the raw motivation of the pain in my heart fueling me towards greatness. That’s how I started my own business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My main mission is to help people rediscover and align with their greatest potential in Health, Wealth, and True Love by utilizing the magic of esoteric sciences such as Astrology, Tarot, and Principles of Spirituality. In addition and as a part of that mission is to bring back and make these ancient practices relevant and utilized in the modern age. I believe these esoteric sciences have so much potential to change lives once understood. As one example-how different would life be if you had a solid idea/confirmation about your greatest life purpose? One that not only felt right with what you wanted to achieve but also was realistic and within the scope of your current abilities? I believe if people become aware of WHY they’re here, the World can be a much better place, as everyone will know and be able to use their gifts to share and impact others in a positive way. Getting to where I am today was certainly not easy, but it was NOT the “grind” most people have been conditioned or raised to believe it “should” or “has” to be. In fact, I’d say in comparison with what most people think it should be like, it was probably pretty easy… : ) Jokes aside, once I had the motivation to take action combined with a solid direction and enough trust and faith in the unknown of where my feelings lead me to, the rest was simply following through and staying consistent. My greatest challenge was simply believing in myself enough that I was capable of ACTUALLY helping people and that they would find what I am/have to offer of value. My own feelings of self-worthiness. Once I “healed” that, I was free to fly. Once YOU know that your very BEINGNESS is worthy and valuable enough to help and impact others, your work can be great. But that is the greatest challenge perhaps that most people face these days. If you can work through that, you can do anything you put your mind to. The greatest lesson I’ve learned throughout this whole process is trusting in the “Unknown” of creation. The greatest artists…that is…ANY artist knows that to create anything one must be comfortable exploring and navigating their way through the “unknown-“the space where one is, moment by moment, step by step, walking through a period of time and space where the future is not determined nor known, nor certain. I’ve learned that so long as you trust yourself and are willing to follow your intuition and “brave” the depths of the unknown of creation, great work can be created. And the more you’re willing to engage and navigate through this “unknown” territory of creation (whether that’s writing, painting, videos, live shows, etc) the more your greatness has a chance to shine through and become something of the World that impacts others. Don’t be afraid of it. What’s on the other side of that darkness is the greatest joy and light you can possibly experience. I want people to know that True Love, relationships, and becoming the best version of yourself are all tied together. That Love is the greatest catalyst to growth and transformation and helping you step into your Soul’s greatest purpose and meaning. If you are afraid to allow yourself to fall in Love, engage in Love, and ultimately surrender to it’s existence and your true feelings, you will also stunt and prevent yourself from “blooming” into the awesome butterfly you are meant to become. You will limit yourself from reaching your greatest destiny and happiness and fulfillment in life. Yes, Love hurts, but in the end, it’s the greatest experience one can have in Life, and, well, what the hell else did we come down here to do!? My greatest message is…stop playing small and go all out in life. Open yourself to the greatest Love, partnership, and experiences that Life has for you. Only then, by facing any fears that prevent you from doing so, can you have the greatest Life possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would go immediately to Malibu! I would find the latest Corvette Manual convertible (sadly they stopped making them with manual transmissions a couple years ago) and drive up PCH until we hit one of my favorite hikes. From there we’d go explore the hike, come down to the beach, drive to an amazing sunset location, and perhaps grab some food along the way. I’d also run them through a bit of a workout (if they dare!) Inside the Malibu Sand dunes-not an easy workout but worth it! We’d grab dinner and drinks on the pier and perhaps catch a movie later on. Drive in, of course-due to the pandemic : ) We’d eat all around Santa Monica/Venice-Cafe Gratitude, Rize Sushi, A Sandwich shop called Mendocino farms-and wherever the heck else they wanted to try. I’m not the greatest restaurant guy around! I’m all about nature, experiences, driving cool places, watching sunsets, finding killer isolated and cool spots, and maybe taking a trip up the coast. The rest, well-we can always figure out moment to moment : ) So much for an itinerary!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, Waverly Brown, my ex-girlfriend, for her continued dedication to putting up with my shenanigans and going through the roller coaster of a journey of Love which ultimately allowed me to grow into the man I am today. I am thankful and grateful for her presence in my life beyond words. Thank you Waves, wherever you are : ) My parents, for allowing me to live at home whenever I needed and actually encouraged me at times to do so so I could save my money and not be too stressed financially in the pursuit of my dreams and my business. I owe them…more than I can express. Thank you. My Aunt and Sister, Nancy and Tristin, they came out of nowhere during the first couple months of my Youtube channel and helped me design a preliminary website, design logos, a brand image, and most importantly, provide the love and support I needed at a very vulnerable time of the business’ creation to keep me going. Without them it’s possible I would have not made it through. Thank you both. To all of my “Bulletproof” and “Biohacking” friends, former co-workers, and tribe members-you helped shape me into the man I am today and were the first ones I ever was allowed to be my most authentic self around. Thank you. To Josh Savage, trusting in me to build his health center out in Minnesota and providing the resources I needed to take a leap of faith and go all in to my business. Also for being an inspiration to what I could create and grow into as a man. Thank you sir : ) To everyone else who has recognized my gifts, talents, and truest self and has played a part in helping them to come out. Thank you for all of your love, support, compliments, and encouragement. Each little piece played a part larger than we ever could have known,
