We had the good fortune of connecting with Uri Redler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Uri, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?

It’s hard work. Some outsiders see the glamorous side on TV and think that it’s easy money but they are unaware of how much work it takes to make that deal go through. You fight for every deal and every commission. The bottom line is to get your clients the best possible outcome.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our real estate group, ‘The Poston Redler Group’ at Beachfront Realty, helps clients reach their goals. Whether if it’s finding their dream home or their dream investment. What makes us different from our competitors is our approach to each transaction. We handle each transaction as if it was our own, and we put our hearts into making sure that our client’s needs are met, from locating the right fit and to negotiating the best price. I am proud of the team that we have. We are all from different places across the globe and with different real estate experiences. We strive to learn from each other each day with the general state of mind that two heads better than one. It took me time and patience to find the right partners to collaborate with. I am grateful to have found such great partners. Yaacov and Shlomo Poston complete the elements that I’m missing and make our partnership work with perfect synergy. The road I made to where I am was and still filled with obstacles and challenges. From lost listings and clients to fallen deals, but I remind myself each day that, deals may come and go, but my integrity and the way I treat people will stay with me forever. I can look in the mirror and be proud of the business we’re running. I’m a big believer in Karma, and it goes towards my business as well. Treat people right, and you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The first stop on my tour is Mandolin which is my favorite restaurant in Miami (Assuming I can get a reservation). Then Ill take a walk by the Design District and Wynwood checking out some cool art and shops. I would take a bike down to Key Biscayne and Kite-surf at Crandon Park or simply relax by the palm trees. For dinner, I would take my guest to either KYU or NaiYaRa. I like strolling around Sunset Harbour it’s a beautiful neighborhood. The next day I would take my guest to soak at the Soho House pool or have a drink at The Standard Hotel. If we’d want something less fancy than a walk down South Pier is always nice we’d also grab a bite at my friend’s new place called ‘Abba’. For an additional lunch, I would take my guest to one of my Favorite spots called Fiorito and have a heavily dosed calorie dessert at The Salty Donut.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m dedicating this shoutout to my parents. They raised me to be a fair and trustworthy human. In the business world, I consider these valuable attributes. It’s easy to get lost in the world, lose your way and path, try to eat everything that you can with no regard to casualties. I try to conduct my business in the way of karma.
