Meet Alysha Roper | Real Estate Broker & Trucking Company Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alysha Roper and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alysha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe the most important factor behind the success of my brand is the impact it makes on the community and especially for the 9-5 working class of people who are trying to transition into Entrepreneurs. Road Runnerz has been essential to so many individuals who needed that necessary push into becoming business owners in the trucking industry. Our course Freightology has helped many people understand the logistics behind the business and has offered them an opportunity to take control over their own income and become financially free. My late business partner, Errol and I worked relentlessly to share all of the knowledge we knew to make sure that our students were successful. It feels great to see many people walk away from the jobs and grow their businesses. We are thankful that God has allowed us to be a vessel in changing so many lives.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Real Estate Broker (Z London Realty) and Trucking Company owner (Road Runnerz). I operate and manage short term rental properties, this is somewhat non traditional as it pertains to the normal real estate brokerage. As we know, Post Covid, travel and hospitality is now at an all time high. Platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo are allowing people to generate substantial income by listing their properties for rent in the short term housing market. Our company assists in managing their properties, giving people the freedom they need while earning passive income. I’m very proud of helping people do and be greater. Our trucking business Road Runnerz and our course “Freightology” gave me the first buzz of what it really felt like to help others in their course of entrepreneurship. The feedback and testimonies we’ve received from our course has been phenomenal. It’s great to see so many people living their best lives and walking away from jobs they were miserable doing. The road definitely has not been easy, there were many ups and downs and times where I wanted to give up. This journey has been a learning yet humbling experience for me and I’ve learned to look at life from a different perspective. Through much prayer, Gods grace has allowed me to be successful and I will continue to do the best I can to help others.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
South Florida is one of the most traveled to places in the U.S. It’s vacation spot and we definitely love to party. It’s home to beautiful beaches, palm trees and some of the most popping clubs. The beach is of course the first place I would take them, maybe we would rent a yacht or hop on jet skiis. Followed up by seafood at some of the nicest restaurants on the inter coastal. Miami’s Bal Harbour has shopping for all the designer wardrobe you could think of and of course there’s so many lounges, clubs and strip clubs depending on the what type of vibe your feeling for the night. We are home to the Hard Rock Casino if your a gambler or just want to chill by the pool at the attached infamous “Guitar Hotel”. There’s so many things to do and I’ll definitely show you a good time lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout in loving memory of Errol Pierre Dykes. My love, my business partner and the father of my child. Errol was impactful in my life in many ways. Not only did he help to push me into becoming a entrepreneur but he also taught me many life lessons I will always remember and hold to. We started from nothing and built so much in a short amount of time. God blessed us with a beautiful daughter and that gave us the push we needed to go harder to make sure our business was successful. All he wanted to do was give back to the community and help others achieve their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs. We will continue to live on through his legacy.
