Meet Ana Rondón | Ana Rondón &Activist by nature.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Rondón and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ana, what inspires you?
What inspires me every day is knowing that what I do can be of great help and value to animals, nature and people, almost as death itself can be valuable in its own way, because it reminds us once again that we must seek transcendence in our own actions and words.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
One of the things that distinguishes me the most is the perseverance and attitude that I have to act in different situations as well as my ability to listen and learn, which has led me along with my great work to obtain the position of Creative Director, also the to be able to make a match between my career and my passion for caring for the environment, which led me to form “Proyecto Verdeo” and build a beautiful group and a network of people who are increasingly interested in caring for nature.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have traveled a lot around Latin America, but if there was a place in the world where I would like someone to go, it is the Peruvian jungle, a place where they can enjoy the beauty of wild life, in its maximum natural state, contemplating the river. , watching the sunset, the sunrise, the stars and meeting people from different cultures, but above all eating the fruits of the forest that are unique in the world.Wherever you go, try to contemplate nature, listen to it in silence and think, What can I do to protect life on this planet?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank Arturo Jara, who was my boyfriend and who instructed me in this path during his lifetime, he was an environmental activist as well as a person interested in social movements., he inspired me to fight for my purpose in life and to find it, his death gave me that impulse to find from deep inside me what I wanted for my life, in the same way to my mother who is my great strength and to all the poets that I have read and have been reading such as Whitman, Tagore, Hesse, Byron, Wilde and Gibran.
