We had the good fortune of connecting with Leo Gayle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Leo, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is genuineness. I aim to not only help a client to buy or sell a house, I aim to change a life. I put myself in the shoes of the buyer or seller and do all that I can to not only help them to buy or sell, but to buy smart or sell smart. When I use the term smart I am referring to my process of advising a client. The process begins with a thorough analysis of the client’s goals, the market and the economy. From there, I let the client know if it is a good time to buy or sell. I then put together a strategy based on the climate of the market that ensures my client achieves their goals. Often times I will have a client who sells their home only to find themselves with extra cash that they are not sure what to do with. I advise them on how to make the right investments that will produce cashflow and generational wealth. The reason why I got into real estate to begin with was because I believe that real estate is the best asset class to invest in. I believed that I could use real estate to positively impact the lives of others. I recently helped a client to sell her home for $50,000 over the ask price, buy another home to live in, and purchase investments to give her enough passive income to cover living expenses. She told me that from the moment we first met, she could tell how genuine I was. My genuineness is what makes my success.

What should our readers know about your business?
I feel grateful that I am able to make a positive impact in the lives of other people, and guide them. I really put myself in the shoes of my clients, and do all I can to ensure that they have a great experience along their journey.

Getting to where I am currently in my career took time and effort. Many hours I spent grinding just to get my business off of the ground. I had to learn to be confident in my abilities… that confidence came after I successfully completed my first handful of deals and saw the smiles on the faces of my clients during each closing. Something that I learned is that the real estate business has a few flaws. My business revolves around correcting those flaws and providing clients with the advice and support they need to accomplish their missions and set themselves up for success in the real estate market.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly… Brickell Miami is a good time. Point anywhere on the map, chances are that you will have a great time wherever you go.

With that being said, I would take them on a yacht and give them a tour of my city from the water. After the tour I would take them on a spontaneous walk around Brickell. We would pop in and out of a few different venues such as Rosetta Bakery, The River Oyster Bar, and Sugar. The night would most likely conclude at Hutong or a concert in Bayfront park.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My tight circle are the people who influenced me along the way. My friends, my mom, my girlfriend. Also, I can’t exclude YouTube, and my library of books. I truly believe the phrase “knowledge is power”.
