We had the good fortune of connecting with Rob Reynosa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rob, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Authenticity – being real; being bold; owning my choices, wins and mistakes; sharing my journey; giving a damn about people; being selfless.

Authenticity has built trust between my audience and I, it’s been the key factor in relationship building.
Because I am consistently transparent and I consistently support my people by providing value and connection.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a business and mindset coach and a branding and marketing strategist.

My business has taken me years to create and fine tune; I still feel like I am figuring it out as I go.. That’s the truth. Some of my biggest accomplishments including helping two startups create a loyal community and massive revenue within a year. Other equally important accomplishments include helping clients improve their mental health – stepping away from suicide, drug addictions, other self sabotaging behaviors and also helping clients leave unfavorable and unhealthy relationships and jobs for what they truly wanted.

Challenges: I have had and I still have Manu challenges. challenges are opportunities to grow! One major challenge was not believing in my value and not believing I can actually make a difference in the market place and be compensated for my work. it tool a while to connect my value, belief in myself and sales. When I began seeing my value and how I used my value to change lives I started to believe more in myself and my ability to charge more for my services. Now, I attract people effortlessly because of my consistency and because I know I help people legitimately solve their problems.

Lessons I’ve learned: You are better than you think you are and you are more valuable to the marketplace than you think you are; your voice matters; being vulnerable and authentic is a superpower; if you don’t plan out where you want to go you wont go anywhere; don’t force shit, plant your seeds and nurture them but don’t force people and things to change.

What I want people to know about my brand and story: THERE IS NO CEILING. Meaning, there is no limit and there is no thing or no one stopping you except YOU, and what you think about YOU and what you THINK YOU can do. If there’s one piece of advice I can leave: Trust the process – YOU ARE THE PROCESS.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live in Miami, I’ve been here for two years straight and I’m born and raised in Los Angeles. I don’t know a whole lot about the spots I’d like to hit up, but I know the spots my girlfriend would like to go to. There is a difference. Week long trip with my best friend… hahaha I’ll give you the PG version:
He’d fly into Miami, I’d take him to get some cuban coffee, some empanadas then we’d roll to beach, get some sun kick back a few drinks. We’d get on a helicopter and check out the Miami area. In the evening we’d visit E11even, club space, then transition into a boating adventure the next day to explore the coast and people of Miami.
The next day we’d check out south beach then LIV.
Day 3, we’d fly out to Vegas ( Vegas is my home away from home) and whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. PG.
This exactly what my best bud and I would do.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First person that comes to mind is Howard Falco the author of the book “I AM.” His book majorly influenced me when I first began my self-awareness journey; completely helped me shift my perception of my self and my reality.

My first mentor : Mike Zalvidar. The realest person to have ever coached me and he was the first person to help me release self-limiting beliefs and reconcile my relationship with my mom and former wife. Mike is an amazing, tough-loving, human being.

A program I partook in where I met Mike Zalvidar: Landmark Education. Landmark was the catalyst to my growth. I use the systems and modalities I learned there, where Mike helped me cement them in, till this day in my own personal and business practice.
