We had the good fortune of connecting with Iman Huschmand and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Iman, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
The end goal is to have positively impacted the lives of as many people as possible.

How did I make them feel?

Did I enrich their lives?

Did I bring joy to as many as I could?

Did I grow great leaders so that the community thrives?

Did I truly take care of every single client by overdelivering on quality and service?

What should our readers know about your business?
I founded and run three companies.

The first, Exclusively Entertainment, is the oldest. I’ve been in the events industry for 25 years, and at EE we provide entertainment and lighting services, with a specialization in Persian and multi-cultural weddings.

The second, Night Owls, is a multi-media production company. We provide photography, cinematography and livestream services.

The third is called Unite & Conquer. My mission is to unite Persians via entertainment, conversations and storytelling so that our people and culture is presented in a positive light to the rest of the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I was a die hard Washingtonian for life, but the pandemic led to me spending more time in Miami.

As a result, these days, my ideal itinerary would be a weekend in Miami that would include catching a sunrise at the beach in South of Fifth, enjoy the views (and dogs) of South Pointe Park and catching a sunset by the bay with a bottle of bubbly.

I would also make sure to catch a burrito at My Ceviche and a concert at Oasis in Wynwood.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The people around you play an incredible role in your success…or failure.

Whether it’s your family or friends, they can significantly influence the direction of your life.

Personally, I’ve been blessed with a family that has truly been by my side. The ups, the downs and everything in between. Through the most challenging times, deeper relationships were formed with a handful of friends who have guided me when I needed it the most. They all know who they are, and I’m eternally grateful for every single one of them.
