Meet Shabad Singh | 3D Production & NFT Marketing

We had the good fortune of connecting with Shabad Singh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shabad, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I started Aether Tech two years ago as a personal brand to share my artwork. As the demand for digital art was rapidly rising, I found a home in the music industry by providing 3D visuals for artists. For the first time, my artwork was being valued and made me think about the future of digital ownership. This was the beginning of my business in crypto and NFTs. After starting my first venture, I quickly learned that an important factor for success is surrounding yourself with like minded people. There’s a saying that “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.

I was able to progress my artwork to a high level of quality, and then I realized that I needed a network to broadcast my work. This is where Aether Tech had joined forces with Nobo Creative Studio – a digital marketing agency run by my friends Chris and Alex. We are all young entrepreneurs venturing into the digital economy and we realized that both companies had what the other was missing. Collaboration was key to raising the ceiling for what we could accomplish and business accelerated for everyone. After early success, we met Michael Panigas, owner of SoDePop Culture which is Canada’s first NFT gallery. At this point, the foundation of the company was complete. We no longer had a ceiling to what we could accomplish with Michael’s strong influence in the digital and physical designer communities.

Now, we are working with world renowned artists, taking their work to higher levels with our 3D technology. Our latest event was at Miami Art Week & Art Basel where we collaborated with Shoeuzi, a famous artist. We created a virtual reality experience to show the potential and continue creating awareness of the metaverse. NFT Bazl event coordinators described our work as “the best tech in Miami”. Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What we specialize in, is changing how NFTs are experienced. Our ability to create in multiple forms of 3D design is what we call “phygital production”. As NFTs are known to some as simply “JPEGs”, we add utility by implementing immersive layers of virtual reality for users to go inside their artwork. We also work with digital artists to materialize their work in real life with our innovative color-3D-printing technology. This can act as a “portal to the metaverse”.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Everything about Miami was an amazing experience. The art, culture, food and people are all incredible and we can’t wait to come back. One place that stood out and had elements of it all, was Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in South Beach. Amazing tacos, drinks and had a vibrant energy to always remember. Shoutout to Rudy the bouncer!
