We had the good fortune of connecting with Frank Brunner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frank, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I can’t understand a reality (World) without risk. RIsk is indivisible from life. In my opinion. The perspective of risk is another thing entirely. Focusing on the risk of “things” stalls a person or organization into activity. Fear, another 4 letter word, along with words like can’t and others, can pigeonhole the motivation to “carry out a deed”. How does one manifest their future? Don’t risk what you can’t afford. Don’t risk worrying a meteor could pelt you in the mush while collecting the mail. Don’t risk the stress of the morning commute when the 1000’s cars streaming along together at high rates of speed sometimes rolling over or just starting on fire. Don’t risk the thought of relying on nuclear power reactors being built on fault lines as a solution to powering your vacuum. The best advice is not to think about risk unless you are in the position of losing something that can’t be replaced. Then resist to risk. Listen to the hand you were dealt and go from there. The fact is that if I was concerned about risk coming up the coming up probably would have never been.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Frank is Frank and can’t be anything but… I realized from an early age the ability to “entertain”. Coupled with a musical propensity to have a theatrical advantage. Long story, short. Listening in the car to a lot of AM gold radio growing up helped evoke a keen ear. The ability to select the right frequencies from songs and decipher what was going to be popular and why. My degree is in radio broadcasting and hoped to be a program director based on the good reviews of mixed tapes and radio shifts. At University, I got to discover and help exploit so many classic songs nowadays from the early ’90s college radio when it was a genre. The mid-’90s led me to House and dance music. 2021, my marketing strategy is simple. Does anyone remember the last time they paid for music? I have a 1000 CD collection rusting in my basement. Most of my premarital life’s money was spent on music. Dj’s still have to pay for their music. I am using my musical knowledge and experience to produce and market music for the sale. I identify strongly with “Rave” culture although I didn’t get to experience it in its heyday. Sooner or later I plan to parlay the music into an online radio station speaking unity, perspective, and judgment-free vibes.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The Coral Castle in Homestead south of Miami I believe and The Hotel Victor.
