Hi Shameka, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Outsiders are probably unaware of how much dedication and diligence is involved in my industry. As the VP, Director of Brand Development and Business Coach at the The Caldwell Creative it is very gratifying to help orchestrate our clients business dreams and endeavors; however, there is a lot involved with helping someone’s business ideas come to fruition. Sometimes the clients are starting from just a concept and we’re guiding them all the through to launch—strenuous yet exciting and honorable.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At The Caldwell Creative, we power Mompreneurs to start, brand, and launch their online business with development, branding, and web design! We help mompreneurs to create businesses from the ground up that are beautiful, sustainable, and profitable. We are extremely passionate about what we do and our clients. Our approach to their success definitely sets us apart. The services we provide also set us apart. There are Business Development companies, there are Brand Development companies, hardly ever do you find a firm that offers both. I am most proud of our ability to work together cohesively and adjust. We’ve been on the path of not knowing where to turn or even how to really get started. We have 8 kids between us and it surely gets hectic. We even debated on becoming entrepreneurs in the first place. But, God put a drive inside us that won’t let us quit. We can empathize with our mompreneur clients so much because we are them. It takes prayer, grit, long hours, strategies, systems, and a great support system to overcome the challenges of mompreneurship. Our company was founded on faith. So we want our clients to know and understand the validity of trusting the process just like we continue to do. If you believe in whatever dream God has put in your heart to pursue, and we are definitely here to help craft a beautiful brand for mompreneurs with a passion for their dream job to come to life.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
It would be remiss of me if I didn’t start by sharing the vital role of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the conductor of my life. Without Him, there is no me, there is no Business. I am extremely blessed to have the love, support, prayers, and encouragement of my amazing husband DaJuan Morgan, my wonderful children and family, plus the best spiritual parents, pastors and mentors on this side heaven: Apostle & Prophetess Jean! Thank you all for supporting me, pushing me and pouring into my life. Lastly, thank you so much to Niche’ Caldwell, my business partner, one of my best friends, and the godmother of one of my children. I am extremely excited about what God is allowing us to build together. The future of TCC is BRIGHT!
