We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Arrechea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

In 2011, I wanted to start a matchmaking service connecting our network of wealthy men to their perfect beautiful match. Since then we’ve expanded our matchmaking team across the US and Canada. Our matchmakers will only work with a handful of high-net-worth men each year, allowing us to have a high success rate and give our clients the attention they need.

What should our readers know about your business?

The first thing that comes to mind is that we are constantly complimented on branding and the ease of finding information on our website. It was intentional that our social presence would be engaging, not corny, and that paid off. In the dating space, we have the highest engagement rate of any firm out there. I also pride myself on our team being available 24/7 to our millionaire clients. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Saturday night after their date and they need a quick pow-wow session; they can call one of the women at Cinqe Matchmaking services and we’ll be excited to talk to them. We get complimented on that a lot. Other agencies don’t do all of this, and I respect their boundaries, but we want our clients to feel like during their time with us they’re becoming our friends, that we’re all teammates.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would first grab drinks at Faena Hotel Miami Beach in the leopard room before heading to dinner at Casa Tua.

Casa Tua’s garden is surrounded by lush tropical plants, florals, lanterns, candlelight, and moonlight. After dinner, we would head to the Miami SoHo house for views, amazing drinks, and people watching.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Patti Stanger, the Millionaire Matchmaker from Bravo TV, was a significant factor in supporting my career in this industry. She has a massive voice for singles worldwide, has insight into how to remedy issues, and the years of experience in working with elite men. Millionaires Club is the gold standard in matchmaking services, so having the founder to speak with daily regarding operations was the support that got us to break thru.
