Hi Christelle & Markus, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When we started Everything Shiny Cleaning all we could think about was are we ready for this life changing opportunity. We got married during the pandemic and moved to our house same year , we both was running out our savings and we were not bringing much of income for our household . With our entrepreneur minds we started putting ideas together on how we can bring in more income and have financial freedom to accommodate our day to day needs and beyond.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Everything shiny cleaning is a Residential and Vacation Rental cleaning company .We specialize in Airbnb cleaning, deep cleanings , Upholstery cleaning and much more ! What set us apart from others is that we are 100% dedicated, focus on providing the best cleaning experience for our clients , and build a professional bond where they receive nothing but 5Stars cleans. We go above and beyond for all of our clients because that’s what we do as a company.

We are beyond grateful to be where we are right now , leaving our day to day job and focus on our business was the best decision we could of ever made , in the short amount of time we started this business and rapidly growing and still learning is the best thing that could ever happen to us , of course it didn’t happen overnight we’ve faced different hardships during the process. The beginning was the most challenging part , after researching for months preparing our selfs mentally and physically and nothing happens was very discouraging, but we kept going and never gave up . We had trouble getting clients and we had to charge less then the average prices , leaving us with no profits and bills that needed to be payed . We overcome the obstacles by being resourceful, we did more research, go above and beyond for the clients we did have ,put our selfs out there using every marketing tools at our disposal.
By believing and praying and being consistent got us where we are today . We started off with One studio from our very first client and now we have all Five of their Vacation Rentals , to top it off we recently close on our biggest Account yet with 18 units . By being Consistent , and our Superb Team and great management skills, we were able to retain over 30 clients !
We went from making less then a thousand dollars a month in the beginning to a consistent 5 figure a months.

We want the world or any upcoming small Business owners to know , consistency is key , invest in marketing your business in any shape or form ,never give up and know your worth .

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami have lots of beautiful places you can visit , we would definitely recommend, The Botanical Garden it’s very peaceful and calming, we go there quite often to gather our thoughts . A great brunch spot is Bistro Cafe they have the best Chicken and waffles! For some fun activities we will definitely visit Bowlero in Dania Beach , the place have a great vibe amazing finger food and a awesome playlist , who doesn’t love a bomb playlist while bowling?!

We want to thank our family for always supporting us through our journey ,encouraging us and believe in us . We also want to give a big shoutout to our clients , who always give us great feedbacks and letting us know how satisfied they are after we provide them with our services . It gives us great strength to better and make a change in community!
