We had the good fortune of connecting with Eileen Silverberg and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eileen, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
The concept changed tremendously . From just being a giver, now I understand the gift of giving myself. Allowing myself to receive as well. This isthe bases of a balanced healthy approach to life. To Give and Receive is an energy worth learning. Making time for yourself as a priority is an important message.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am honor to serve as a channel to others to find their worth, their purpose and a new perspective in life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
To the beach. There are beautiful beaches in South Florida. There is the Coral Gable downtown with its colonial theme, Brickell are with great restaurant and night scene and i would take a day to crystal hunting in Homestead .

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
