We had the good fortune of connecting with MD Visual Arts and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi MD Visual Arts, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My wife and I, are both artists, she a graphic designer and I a photographer, we both had experience working for others, but at the same time we got tired of that and decided to join forces, knowledge and experience and that is how MD Visual Arts was born.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
She is a graphic designer specialized in social networks, I am a photographer and interior designer expert in architectural photography, the knowledge of both has allowed us to give our clients more complete solutions, they find in us from post design, photography for their brands and management of their social networks without having to hire two or three people separately, with us they find everything in one place

Reaching the moment in which we are, has been the result of a lot of work as independents and as employees of other companies, the process was not easy and we still have challenges that we must overcome day by day since we want to be recognized and have the success that we wish, even if we are not in our country of origin.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami is a city where you can see a variety of cultures and live experiences in all aspects, and as artists we would take our friends to experience that art that we like so much, in places like Wynwood, Coral Gables, Miami Design District and obviously enjoy the beach and the different gastronomic options

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our family plays a very important role in our development, since both my wife and I received unconditional support from them at a time when our careers did not have the value they have now.
