We had the good fortune of connecting with Aly Fernandez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aly, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most important thing I did as a parent was instill the importance of work ethic, value of money and discipline. I have to say I did a pretty good job. She is now 24 years old with a masters degree, a career and seems to manage her funds adequately.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart from the competition is the passion I have to help others. I go the extra mile to make sure they understand the service I am providing and the risk that they are taking. My clients end up becoming friends. They appreciate my work ethic.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
What can I say it’s Miami Bi***! I would start by visiting https://www.miamiandbeaches.com/ to see what is happening the week they will be visiting. Definitely we will be having lunch at La Camaronera and Dinner at Finka. Head over to Wynwood for a stroll and some bar hoping.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mother Estrella Martinez for teaching me how to be a single mother and helping take care of my daughter so I can hustle and build clientele. My uncle Ruben Fernandez for taking over the father role when my father passed away in 1986.
