We had the good fortune of connecting with Annie Leib and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Annie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The single most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is my authenticity. Through my own healing journey using my signature modality, BREATH Framework, I was able to begin where I was and journey to a place of wholeness, personal freedom, and healing. In doing so, I aligned with my core values and my authentic self. This journey allowed me to become the best version of me. This was done through both personal and professional development work and BREATH Framework curriculum. Without my authenticity and being the best version of me, I could never do what I do. I work so hard each day to lead with love, freedom, perseverance, trust & truth– my company’s and my core values. I am aligned and in sync with them each day, healing others and elevating humanity by infusing them with soul. At the root of all of this is my authenticity, so it is that which I attribute the success of my brand and me.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am the founder and CEO of a woman-owned, woman-led coaching organization called Annie Leib, LLC. I created a signature modality called BREATH Framework that takes people on a healing journey to their most authentic, whole self, aligned with their core values and in sync with their personal freedom.
BREATH is an acronym:
B – Begin where you are
R – Reclaim your power
E – Excavate your core values
A – Allow
H – Heal
This is a truly remarkable and impactful 6-month curriculum and coaching program that is making its mark in the corporate world with multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies.
Our company’s core values are love, freedom, perseverance, trust & truth and these are woven throughout everything we do and say daily.
What we want the world to know is that it’s OK not to be fulfilled, aligned, and in sync. It’s OK to not know your purpose and your essence in this world. We can help you — it’s our specialty. When we use BREATH Framework and our unique intuitive coaching to help you reach your place of wholeness and to be the best version of you.
Getting here was no easy feat — particularly making it through our initial stages beginning during COVID. That said, we came together as a team and truly share our vision to elevate humanity. We are committed to helping executives find their most authentic selves and then be and act as the best version of themselves, possibly a version they’ve never known before.
Being the Founder and CEO of Annie Leib, LLC along with building this business has been the most rewarding role I’ve ever had aside from being a mother.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First, I would show her my little town of Narberth, on the outskirts of the city of Philadelphia. There are arts and crafts shops, a music store, and little dive bars with amazing food and live entertainment daily. We would take a walk around the streets of Narberth to experience the little town atmosphere near a big city. Next, I would take them to Bryn Mawr Film Institute to watch and study a movie series like one about Martin Scorsese. We would head into the city afterward to the Oyster house for a seafood trio tray with lobster, clams, oysters and shrimp as well as a swanky fun atmosphere and martinis. Next, we would walk to the famous and incredible Philadelphia Museum of Art. After that, we would have a drink at the Waterfront next to the museum with gorgeous views of Boathouse Row along the river. Finally, we would head over to the Reading Terminal Market to experience the true hustle and bustle of the city – all the foods, smells, people – it’s quite an experience. We would finish with a trip up to the top of the Four Seasons Hotel where you can overlook the entire city from many, many stories up. The view is breath-taking, and the atmosphere is hip and fun in the hotel. We would cheers with a glass of champagne and plan more time together.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I do what I do each day for a couple reasons. My why is absolutely my children, Sammy & Evie. They are my heart and soul and my reason for wanting to impact and elevate humanity by healing souls daily. But I would be remiss not to mention my Annie Leib, LLC & BREATH Framework INC team as well. My company is women-owned and women-led, and I am very proud of this. We also have a couple of extraordinary men on the team as well. It is these supporters, these intuitive and incredible coaches and friends that keep me moving forward. They never stop believing in me and our mission as a company. Our leadership team is a daily reminder of why we do what we do– and how we can truly make an impact on blocked executives that are missing fulfillment in their lives. This leadership team comprised of fierce, intelligent women are ones I refuse to let down and therefore I will always persevere for and with them.
