Meet Audile “Audi” Aragon | Chef Audi

We had the good fortune of connecting with Audile “Audi” Aragon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Audile “Audi”, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve always enjoyed cooking. Learned how to cook at the age of 10. Being able to turn a passion into your actual job. I enjoy cooking, catering and feeding others, so my thought process was “Why not turn this into a career”.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a private chef/ caterer for FLAVOR HOUSE which is my business. My goal is to not only provide delicious Caribbean/ American food, but ensure top quality client service. My clients are my priority, without them i have no business. Top tier client satisfaction is what i aim for.
I decided to take a bet on myself. With the unwavering support from those closest to me, helped pushed me to pursue my dreams. It’s not an easy road, I still have a lot of work to do for my business. It’s not easy, when you’re playing every role for you business, but when you love what you do, it almost becomes second nature, you don’t get tired. I always feel like i have to do more, to get my business where i need it to be.
Some lesson(s) i’ve learned: definitely trust the process, giving up is just not an option. Rome wasn’t built in a day. It takes years for business to be where you need it.
I am very passionate about what i do. Client satisfaction is my #1 goal, the food i know they’re going to love.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband who has been my biggest cheerleader, supporter throughout this entire process. Because of him i am where i am today.
