We had the good fortune of connecting with AUDREY LUGASSY and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi AUDREY, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
Owning your own business can be very challenging but what makes me happy is to do what I love everyday! Having a sense of purpose, feeling valued, having flexibility and being in a positive workplace like Miami is the most important thing for me and nothing else can make me happier. I am motivated, engaged and productive in my business and receiving positive feedback and reviews from customers after each work well done makes me feel proud and valued and wanting to push myself to improve more and more in order to give the best customer experience.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a 42-year-old French woman divorced with two children and I lived in the Los Angeles when I was young and at the age of 20 and I discovered Miami, city that I instantly fell in love with.
Regarding my professional career, I have 15 years of experience in the international transport industry (precisely in trade shows) which I started at the bottom of the ladder. I first started as an administrator, then exhibition sales coordinator, then sales manager to end up as a product manager. My last position was business development manager for a large international group specialized in Fairs & Events.
I have been interested in buying an all-electric car for a long time and wanted to do green delivery around 100% Green 100% eco-friendly. When I was able to save enough money, I figured it was time do what I always wanted and loved.
Little by little, I am starting to see my vision come to reality and I can thank my brother for that. About 5 years ago he decided to move to Miami and start his own dream in the golf cart rental business and pushed me to do the same.
I woke up one morning and thought about what my brother had said to me and thought to myself why not. Why not believing in my dreams of opening my own business and being my own boss. I know the ropes, I have experience and I know Miami very well so why not? This is when in July 2020 I decided to go for it and start this new adventure.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Thanks to my friends, my family but most of all my children’s who have always supported me in my projects, I have made this adventure something real that I am very proud of.
I have a strong personality and I am not afraid to work hard because I believe in my project and its success.I am proud of what I have accomplished so far and very happy that the concept of local delivery in Miami Beach and its surrounding in a 100% electric model appeals to the consumers. I am hoping to continue to grow as an actor for the environment and commit to do everything I can to produce fewer emissions that contribute to climate change.
