We had the good fortune of connecting with Benjamin Campos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Benjamin, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The search for freedom, for my purpose, to be able to be a present father and to be able to help others by generating work, sharing my experience and knowledge, while leading the lifestyle I dream of. Having flexibility and independence is something I look for in everything I do. I can manage my time and be more present with my family, along with developing my other facet, the artistic, making music. On the other hand, by undertaking with a global vision, I can learn and develop my ideas in different markets and embrace opportunities to grow as a professional and as a person at the same time. For example, with Being Brave in Miami I can help people fulfil their dreams of entrepreneurship, manage their project as a company and internationalize it. In addition to representing them and managing solutions that they need whether they are in Miami or other countries. On the other hand, I interact with great people from different cultures and in more than one language. Developing team projects is very enriching as an experience and learning. By entrepreneurship I feel that I can develop my full potential.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think I am authentic, and I really follow my dreams, always trying to help each other’s. That is the most different characteristic of me. I worked a lot, with passion, conviction and my own vision to live the life what I want. Sometimes is hard, but I never give up. The key form me is learn in every place and with any person I know, staying always positive. I like to inspire and help others with my experience and my actions being brave and thankfully.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
In the first place, rent an efficient car for you. After you must go to the gourmet supermarket to know and try some very good products and buy thinking in a very good breakfast and run to the beach. I love to stay in the keys a couple of days, make a BBQ in the park (with beach) or enjoy in Sunny Isles. If do you have time, go to Naples or St. Augustine and you could visit other beaches in the road. Wynwood it´s a must for me by day and night. Try an American burger and brisket with real fries and domestic beers. Take a look an event like cool a rock concert, NBA and if you can, live the experience in a Panthers game. The Fairchild Park is amazing. Buy some gifts for your coworkers and fly safe for home.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family, my best friends and my faith in God in the first place. All of my Masters, like some philosophers, artists, musicians, warriors, writers’, sportsmen and entrepreneurs who give me inspiration and courage to find my dreams and convictions with the example and they legacy.
