We had the good fortune of connecting with Beth Lynch and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Beth, what role has risk played in your life or career?
There are different perspectives in risk. One is fear based risk. Where every worse case scenario is put in front of it. This can hold you back for weeks, months even decades, from living in true happiness.
Second is faith based. When the unshakable feeling of excitement, and confidence flows through you. You see it in your imagination, you feel it in your cells. And you follow it!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am where I am today is because needing to understand why the world works the way it does . I needed to understand intuition, why I could feel things so strongly and why when I thought something it would happen. Why did I dream my mother died, only to wake and hear she did. Why do bad things happen to good people.. So many questions many ask. My curiosity led me to where I needed to be. I committed to higher understanding in life, self love and healing. Meditation changed my life personally and professionally. Now for 25nyears I have helped others understand and heal grief, believe in living a life of higher possibility, all in understanding the Spiritual-Re-Ality of living.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I keep it simple. Good food, friends, some time in nature. Share meditation and or yoga class. Wine and a good movie. Simple things. Of course the beach!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are quite a few but what truly catapulted me into understanding energy, thoughts, feelings, and the Law of Attraction, the mind, body and Spirit connection is Carolyn Myss’s book Anatomy of Spirit.
