We had the good fortune of connecting with Brenda Lorenzo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brenda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
“Jesslyn and I are best friends, and we have built the foundation of our Soul Fetch business on love and friendship. The tight-knit sisterhood we’ve built and continue to build is the key to our success. Without the love and support from each other and our sisterhood, we wouldn’t be Soul Fetch. We owe it all to friendship, as well as our team, friends and family, and most importantly our supporters. Whenever we feel that we are lost in our business, we remember the key factor – connection and friendship. What should our readers know about your business?
Soul Fetch is a lifestyle brand empowering women to embrace their beauty inside out. We encourage women to feel comfortable in their own skin by using style to enhance what already exists within. Our mission is to “empower women to feel comfortable in their own skin by using style to enhance what already exists within.” We pride ourselves in building a tight-knit sisterhood with our customers and remind them that fashion is only here to embrace their inner beauty. Co-founders Brenda and Jesslyn handpick each clothing item to ensure that women will feel confident, comfortable and beautiful in each piece. The team will also be expanding the business to include items for its sisters going a self-journey and interested in exploring their truth.

Brenda is a full-time mom and Jesslyn has a full-time job, so managing Soul Fetch is definitely a challenge within itself. They have focus on short-term goals to make sure they are meeting mission and not feel overwhelmed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Eat – Le Chic Miami, Chica Miami, Lung Yai Thai Tapas, 1-800-Lucky, Drink – The River Oyster Bar, Marion, Champagne Bar at Four Seasons, Café La Trova
Hang out – at the beach! Nothing like a good beach day.
